adam what specifically are you talking about when u say bamber changed his statements

Of course Bamber and his lawyers would have done several drafts before submitting a WS. These things take time.

Even so, his WS was poor (TAC).

* Verbal testimonies leave a case wide open to fraud, especially when there is no forensic evidence, i.e altered/edited statements.

Whether anyone likes it or not,the case HAS to be reviewed given the amount of evidence which was also withheld, whether or not it has relevance.

* Because of this, it would be part-reason why the case has and is dragging on where no-one claims responsibility for how the case was originally pursued.

Strange how two murder cases within a year or so of each other should see the same name in relation to how each case was presented ( overseen ).

The then top officer and also former Assistant Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police, John Yates. It was this character who Jeremy wrote or referred to when complaining to the IPCC.

In both cases files/documents/ relating to the murders were either " missing " or being purposely withheld.

The other murder as mentioned was in 1987 and was that of Daniel Morgan whose family had called for a judicial enquiry into the way the investigation had been carried out.
