It's very difficult to be heard in the confines of a prison cell, though over time he's had the job of putting files/documents in some semblance of order before making any claims about anything. He hasn't been short of outside contacts to lend a helping hand.
I would have thought that Jeremy's reason for not being partial to technicalities was that once it's been established, there can be no compensation to fall back on ? With that in mind, there'd be insufficient funds to take the matter of compensation to High Court anyway.
A technicality would get everyone off the hook too ?
Jeremy is still hopeful of his release, but more than anything he wants the truth to come out and let it be known that it wasn't he who was responsible for the murders.
In reality I don't think that deep down jb remains hopeful at all of his release. As I said in an earlier post in the last 12-18 months he has become more accepting of his fate to remain in prison for the rest of his life and I believe he is slowly moving towards personal acceptance of what he has done.
What he may say on his official website or on other media outlets he has can be completely different to what he genuinely feels inside. He's not stupid and knows deep down he will never be released. It's just taken time to accept this, coupled with accepting personal responsibility, of which he still has some way to go.
