Conclusions that show it was not used.

34. The evidence of Dr Fowler is set out in a more substantial report.  That report has been peer?reviewed by Dr Dragovich, who is Chief Medical Examiner in Oakland County, Michigan and Dr Marcella Fierro, who is the retired Chief Medical Examiner to the Commonwealth of Virginia.  Both have qualifications as forensic pathologists.  In his careful report, Dr Fowler makes clear that he has reviewed the evidence, which was available in relation to the wounds.  He concluded that the abrasions found were consistent with those of a rifle without a silencer, that there were no distinctive marks on the body which showed that a silencer had been attached, and the residue was consistent with contact wounds.

Mark Thomas: Now you've looked at the photograph's
Philip Boyce: I have.
Mark Thomas: These are of Sheila's Injuries.
Philip Boyce: I have.
Mark Thomas: Which would you say is the most likely to have occurred?
Philip Boyce: Based on my examination of the wounds in the photographs. And the tests that i have just done. I'm of the opinion that the contact wounds to Sheila's chin. Was contact without the silencer fitted.

This also refutes all the following points below. (Several of them are the same points but worded differently)

At least you are discussing the case. Rather than leaving pathetic 'gish gash' posts.

Nice try. Typing one post in bold doesn't negate a mountain of incriminating evidence.

Conclusions don't show anything unless you assume that the person making the conclusions was infallible.

I've already refuted 13 of your 'points' with just two posts. quality over quantity.

Sheila's legs being pulled after the second was confirmed in 2002 & is in the published appeal. And no it wasn't the police.

It was the police, who else could it have been, considering there was Stan Jones, and. Idk Clark telling Ann Eaton that they had visited the bedroom scene and seen the bodies of Sheila and June on top of the bed in the main bedroom with a rifle on the bed between both bodies, and a bible on top of Sheila's chest!  These two cops broke their own necks to tell Ann Eaton all the details they had witnessed each with their own two eyes, and added that Sheila appeared to have a single shot to her throat! Now, they visited the main bedroom scene long before PC bird (SOCO) started to take his crinescene photographs from 10am, that same morning! So where, in-between Jones and Clark witnessing the two bodies on top of the bed, and PC Bird taking his Crime Scene pictures, senior officers were responsible for performing 'informatives' during which the rifle that had originally been at the box room window by 7.15am,  was brought directly onto Sheila's body and she received the second shot! There can be no doubt that cops lifted her body from the bed and placed it on the floor! They arranged her posture on the floor, they area bed her nightdress, they arranged her hands around and upon the rifle, they arranged the bible so that it rested on her arm, but most of all the cops placed her in the recovery position after they moved her body from on top of the bed onto the bedroom floor at the left hand side of the bed! They (cops) placed Sheila's body upon its right side in the recovery position, nobody else could be responsible for doing it after Jones and Clarke view of Sheila's body laid on top of the bed alongside the body of her mother June Bamber! Who else could possibly have moved Sheila's body from on top of the bed, onto the bedroom floor on the left hand side of the bed, after Jones and Clark left to go to Jeremy's cottage? It was the police who pulled her legs down, nobody else could have done it!

The police pulled Sheila's legs after the second shot ? The 2002 COA report has the judges suggesting it was Bamber who did this.

But if Bamber was sleeping 'like a log' at home when the massacre started, & then outside when the police entered WHF, it couldn't have been him.

You know, why can't everybody see that when Jones and Clark saw June Bambers and Sheila's bodies on top of the bed when they both visited the main bedroom scene, that nobody but the police themselves could be responsible for moving the two bodies from a top the bed, onto the bedroom floor either side of the aforementioned bed? I mean for goodness sake, it could have only been the police themselves who no es both bodies from the bed to the floorcan't it? Let's make no mistake about it, Ann Eaton was told by Jones and Clark that prior to leaving the scene and coming to Bourtree cottage the home of Jeremy, that the two bodies had been laid side by side on top of the bed with a rifle on the bed in-between both bodies, and a bible on Sheila's chest! Now, that being true, who the hell had switched both of these bodies onto the bedroom floor, either side of the bed, and staged Sheila's body as 'a suicide' on the main bedroom floor, thereafter? Certainly not Jeremy Bamber, since if he did how the hell did he manage to do that?

We are dealing here with massive police dishonesty, lower than a snakes belly corruption, involving a police force trying to save face amidst total ineptitude in the handling of the case once firearms officers burst into the farmhouse at 7.30am, onward...

A case of two bodies downstairs from as early as7.30am, and the other three bodies upstairs by 8.10am, which became transformed as if by magic into one body ending up downstairs, and four bodies ending up upstairs after 8.10am! But worse, four bodies upstairs by 8.44am, when there had only been three by 8.10am, with the fourth upstairs body being laid on the bed along with the body of June Bamber by the time the only dissenting officer (Stan Jones) viewed the main bedroom scene before leaving to attend Jeremy's cottage and telling Ann Eaton a totally different scout as to where Sheila and Junes bodies were found as physically witnessed by Jones and Clark according to what they told Ann Eaton as soon as they saw her less than an hour after they had seen Sheila's and Junes bodies on the bed, not on the bedroom floor! Worse still, the rifle which would suddenly appear on top of Sheila's body by the time PC Bird started to take his crime scene photographs from 10am, onward, was in fact laid on the bed in-between the bodies of June Bamber and Sheila Caffell when Jones and Clark visited the main bedroom scene earlier in the day! A rifle that jumped all by itself from its position on the bed between the two bodies, ending up on top of Sheila's body where according to what Jones and Clark told Ann Eaton the bible had previously been - the bible on Sheila's chest ending up on the bedroom floor to the right of Sheila's dislodged body resting against Sheila's upper right arm! Picture that scenario for just a moment, cops can't even get their stories right, a gun that moved from being in-between both bodies on the bed, making axquantum leap onto Sheila's body now not on the bed, but on the bedroom floor! Great we have a gun that moved all by itself, with the movement also of the two female bodies! This is not somebody making any of this up, this is based on police accounts, by police officers who were there, who saw what they saw at a time before senior officers conducted and carried out 'informatives' which Jones and Clark knew nothing whatsoever about because they didn't happen until after Jones and Clark left the main bedroom scene to go to Jeremy's cottage! No wonder Ann Eaton chose not to remember which police officers told her that they had seen Sheila's and Junes bodies both on the bed! The boy cops who could have told her this that morning at Jeremy's cottage, were Jones and Clark!
