lets start again shall we without insulting each others posts.

What part of my post specifically was rubbish?

Jan I have just asked that very same question I can see no part of your post rubbish and I think it was rather rude of sami to say that.

Did they have x-ray eyes to see beneath his clothes? Julie certainly shared his bed but she implied to the police that she hadn't felt able to have sex with him after the murders which suggests she may not have been too keen to examine his body closely. What makes you think the police would have been able to see any injuries on him whilst the were taking tea with him? Had there been any, he'd undoubtedly have gone to great lengths to cover them -didn't a glove come off at some point during the struggle with his father?- and they'd have passed off any need for layers of clothes as shock.

Why do you think Julie did not cover the vital bit of information about what he did with his clothes ? Its strange that all her information fitted the crime  as known by the police , but not this vital bit of information.
If it was Jeremy I don't think he would have risked the clothes being in the house just in case he became a suspect immediately - especially after the two shot fiasco. He must have had another plan.

Why would he tell her what he did with his clothes when he told her a hit man was responsible?

Why would he think he would be a suspect? Clearly with what he told them they wouldn't be looking at him immediately and besides, he thought he had the perfect plan.

Why would she know? WE have no idea what time he'd have got back. If he'd put those clothes straight in the wash, by the time Julie got to the house, if he'd had a washer/dryer, they could have been back in the cupboards. I don't believe he had a plan B because I don't believe he thought plan A would fail.

That's a good point.

Supporters say Julie never said Bamber told her he did it. Now supporters are asking why didn't Bamber tell her where he put the clothes.

Jan asked me why Bamber didn't keep shooting Neville rather than beat him. I suggested he may have run out of bullets !

I suspect Jan may have other things on her mind. Like what to buy me for christmas.

yes implicate yourself so your girlfriend can go to the police  but don't tell her the whole truth. Brilliant.

Why bother?

Make up your mind Adam - you said he was beaten before he got his final shots - not after - hence my comment . Your mind is obviously elsewhere as well.

And I know exactly what to get you for Christmas - a legal dictionary  ;D

If someone from here sends you a gift I don't think you should open the box, the odds are against it being something pleasant.

If you act the same way in person you do here it might be a good rule of thumb to use for all gifts you receive.
