hi caroline .if your talking about the 3 smudges on the left theres no proof they are blooded prints.unless you can show a soco report saying they are.ive not seen one .have you.it also makes no sense why no traces are on the phone or near it.i mean nevill is said to have called jb from there.he was also dripping blood is there a blood trail to where the smudges are.

If Shelia committed the crime Neville rang Jeremy before he was shot, then returns upstairs and as a result gets shot.

Only possibility (if Jeremy didn't do it)

nevill said sheilas got the gun and gone made .he would then have armed himself before confronting sheila.and not just walked upstairs and got shot.if sheila had a rifle she could kill june and nevill in seconds so why call jb.it makes no sense.also the first 4 shots nevill received were not fatal .he wouldnt have made it downstairs if they were.he could easily have disarmed sheila once she had run out of ammo.sheila could not have beaten him the way he was found.

Its easy for people to assume or guess how events would unfold.  In my opinion I cant see Neville taking the shotgun to kill Shelia as a way of neutralising her. And he certainly didn't try to shoot Jeremy either.

how can you easly disarm somone if you have been shot 4 times.

he would be lucky if he could stand up straht after that he could of disaemed her before she started but that depends on her not geting the shots in first.

no major organs were hit with first 4 shots.lip.jaw.elbow.shoulder.neville made it downstairs if he couldnt defend himself .why beat him .read the report of his injurys.why not just reload and shoot him

Have you seen the crime scene photo of the Kitchen were Neville is? There seems to be no blood spatter of a beating that is supposed to have happened.

Jeremy is alleged to have used the gun to smash Nevills head in repeatedly. Yet were is blood spatter that would result from such event? No blood on the Cooker, Table or Cupboard all you have is the blood pooling on the floor from under his head.

That doesn't mean Jeremy didn't do it. The argument applies WHOEVER was responsible.

There has been really good discussion on the forensic evidence regarding the kitchen fight and the five murdered people. With nearly 200 replies. Which completely justifies my decision to create threads for each person/issue. The forensics on each person is equally important.

It was extremely disappointing when it was announced on here that these issues were not important enough to warrant individual threads, and that I would get a month long ban if I continued to create similar threads. However I will keep to my commitment of not creating any new threads until 2016.

i think that was a good idea adam.that way every one can read all the facts about each victim before starting pointless arguments when they havent read the facts.lets concentrate on one thing at a time forensicly
