How does the replacement of the original (PV/20) bullet weighing 1.5453 gram, with a different bullet weighing 1.71+ gram, fit in with other anomalies in the case?

How does the replacement of the original (PV/20) bullet weighing 1.5453 gram, with a different bullet weighing 1.71+ gram, fit in with other anomalies in the case?

Everyone would do well to consider that change of the original bullet weighing 1.5453 gram, with its replacement bullet weighing 1.71+ gram, came about because:-

(1) - two different guns were used the shoot and kill Sheila Caffell

(2) - She was only shot once with the anshuzt rifle, upstairs in the main bedroom

(3) - She was shot across the neck by use of a different gun, in a different part of the house (main kitchen)

(4) - the dead female body reportedly found in the kitchen was Sheila, who at that time had only been shot once by that stage

(5) - how the original body count of two bodies downstairs, (7.37am, 7.38am, 7.42am), a murder, and a suicide (7.45am), and a further three BODIES found upstairs, five dead in total, (8.10am), turned into, one body downstairs, four BODIES UPSTAIRS, is as a result of the nature sequence of events which occurred after the firearm operation went pearshaped after 8.10am, invloving physical displacement of Sheila's body, from the main kitchen downstairs into the main bedroom upstairs...

(6) why Dr Craig, and PI 'Bob' Miller, both described Sheila's body on the far side of the bed, with a solitary shot to the neck (8.44am) by that stage

(7) - why when Julie Mugfords attended Chelmsford hospital mortuary to identify Sheila's body, she returned and told Jeremy and the relatives whilst pointing the tip of her right hand index finger beneath the point of her own chin that Sheila had a solitary bullet wound beneath her chin

(8) - why PI Bob' Miller, attended the opening of the inquest, held on the 14th August 1985, and recited to Deputy Coroner, Mr Thompkin, that police were satisfied that Sheila Caffell had shot the other four victims, and then taken her own life by way of a single shot to the neck

(9) - was part of the reason why PI 'Bob' Miller, vacated four exhibits, bearing exhibit references, DRH/1, DRH/2, DRH/3 and DRH/4, so that an additional four spent bullet cases could be displaced from other parts of the farmhouse, to lend support for the claim that (a) Sheila had been shot twice in the main bedroom, and (b) that Ralph Bamber had already been shot four times before leaving the main bedroom, and ending up downstairs in the kitchen...

(10) - why there exists 'AN OFFICERS REPORT', explaining about the shooting incident in the kitchen upon entry

(11) - why the original contents of PS Woodcocks 13 page witness statement, dated, 20th September 1985, only contains 10 pages, and why the original page 5 contents have been removed, and replaced by a differently typed page content that deals with the firearm team entry into the kitchen

(12) - the obvious discrepancy overlooked by the case manager (PI 'Bob' Miller), when replacing the original (PV/20) bullet weighing 1.5453 gram, with replacement bullet weighing 1.71+ gram, the fact that Miller also had to replace the original spent cartridge case belonging to the original bullet (PV/20) fired by the other weapon downstairs in the kitchen - if no such different cartridge case existed, why the need to switch the original (PV/20) bullet weighing 1.5453 gram, with the replacement bullet weighing, 1.71+, gram

There are more inconsistencies and unexplained anomalies in the investigation, which I could go on to mention but which for now I will temporarily dismiss, because I now want to highlight the problematic interpretation of the hand swab (DRH/33) evidence. I am not going to be referring to the fact that these hand swabs were originally rejected at the lab, bearing a Lab' item no. 17, and that police pulled off a stroke of genius by resubmitting the same hand swabs under a different Lab' reference (75) No....

I am not even going to be mentioning the fact that the exhibit Reference of DRH/33 was shared between both the bible and the hand swabs, as was another exhibit reference, DRH/44...

First of all, I intend to post up here the trial testimony of Home Office Approved Expert, Brian Reginald Elliot, who testified about the paint found on the moderator, scratch marks on the kitchen mantle, and the lead deposits of the hand swabs (DRH/33)...

You make the most stupid claims imaginable.

The weight difference is totally inconsequential and in no way suggestive of one being a different caliber bullet. At most it means a scale was off or some other issue which cause 2 peopel to get slightly different weights.

Fact: The bullet used at trial is the one matching the x-ray which Vanezis said he removed and matched the Anschutz.

This fact renders all your BS totally worthless about some different weapon firing the shot.

No evidence was called, or relied upon to suggest the weighing device was inaccurate, when both Bullets were weighed at the same Lab' in the presence of the same Home Office Approved experts. If anyone has any evidence suggesting otherwise, post it up, or shut your gob...

Run along back to your hole on the other site, and remind them how you simply made something up without a shred of evidence...

I would like to address the hand swab issue if I may, because, in addition to there having been a rejection of the same at the lab' on an earlier occasion, and the fact that the exhibit reference for these hand swabs fluctuated between DR/33 and DRH/44, and involved the bible, we also now know, that in fact the left hand swab taken from Sheila was at one time DRH/33, and the right hand swab taken from her was DRH/34. The Control swab was originally, DRH/35...

So, Essex police shuffled around exhibit references for  items, at one time or another. By the time these hand and Control swabs reached the trial stage, they were all referred to by the exhibit reference DRH/33...

So called independent tests by two Lab' assistants, who loaded 18 rounds of .22 ammunition into the rifles magazine, had their left and right hands both swabbed, and tested for the presence of lead deposit, the results of which showed considerably higher levels of lead deposit on their right hands, as was present in the results of similar tests carried out on the swabs taken from Sheila Caffells right, and left hands. The conclusion being drawn, was that there would be more lead particles present upon Sheila's right and left hands had she loaded the gun with 18 additional Bullets required to enable her to have shot the other four victims, then herself...

I disagree with those conclusions...

To begin with, Sheila did not shoot herself. Only one of the two Bullets which wounded her was fired via the anshuzt rifle. She may only have been required to load 14 rounds into gun, not 18 which were loaded by the two lab' volunteers. I cannot for the life of me begin to imagine, how a fair comparison between the levels of lead deposit could be undertaken between the two volunteers who loaded 18 rounds into the rifles magazine, and the 14 rounds potentially loaded into the rifle at the height of the shootings. There clearly existed a significant disparity of the number of Bullets that were loaded between the lab testers, and Sheila. The lab' testers both loading four more additional rounds which Sheila had done. The handling of the four additional rounds would surely be reflected in the levels of detection of lead particles, upon the hand swabs taken from Sheila's hand swab, who handled four less rounds than either of the Lab' testers. The prosecution sought to misuse the results obtained from these tests, to support their case for Sheila not having loaded any Bullets into the guns magazine...

Another problem, the two lab' testers were hand swabbed immediately after loading 18 rounds, into the magazine of the anshuzt rifle, whereas, Sheila herself would have been involved in much more additional activities between the loading of 14 /18 rounds at the height of the shootings, producing significant opportunity for Sheila to wipe or transfer lead particles onto things she touched, between the time of the last load of additional Bullets until her death. Nobody knows the length of time which elapsed before the need to reload the rifle occurred? Nobody knows for a certainty, whether or not at the time of the first reload of the rifle, that a further 10 rounds, or less had been loaded into the rifles magazine, followed by another 4 /8? In any event, if I am right that a total of 5 rounds of police ammunition had been fired upon entry into the kitchen, shootings which are subject of an 'Officers Report', then the minimum number of additional rounds required to be loaded into the rifles ammunition, was 10...

Is it any wonder then, that lead deposit levels were much higher as found on the hand swabs taken from the two lab' testers who handled and loaded almost twice as many rounds, that Sheila technically had?

There are other factors relevant to the levels of lead deposit found on the hand swabs taken from Sheila Caffell - this being as a result of handling and firing the weapon itself, since once these additional rounds had been loaded into the gun, the shooters trigger finger would press or pull against the trigger, and wipe or touch other parts of the rifle such as the rifles trigger guard, and block (the fingers of one hand), whilst the fingers of her other hand would presumably grasp the rifles barrel each time a shot was fired, until all the additional rounds were fired, leaving the gun empty. Sheila's hands would in all likelihood touch, hold or carry the rifle, or come into contact with other objects, or clothing worn by herself, or any of her victims. Indeed, this issue is non more highlighted by reference to the struggle in the kitchen between the shooter and Ralph Bamber. There was clearly ample opportunity for Sheila's hands to have transferred particals of lead deposit onto other things, after the last load of the gun with ammunition. It may also have been the case, that Sheila had washed and dried her hands in the kitchen after shooting and wounding Ralph there, because a towel was used on the kitchen floor later on to control the spread of blood...

Finally, plastic bags were placed on both of Sheila's hands at the scene by DC Hammersley. Here was a typical example of how particals of lead deposits were transferred from her hands, through her hands touching and rubbing against these plastic bags, during handling and movement of the body manually at the scene and the mortuary, and during transportation between both places. None of these factors applied in the case of the two lab' testers, who's hands were swabbed immediately after handling and loading 18 rounds...

For these reasons the results of the two lab' testers hand swab levels of lead deposit should never have been allowed in as evidence, because it was prejudicially adverse to the prospect of Jeremy Bamber receiving a fair trial, for all the reasons given, and spoken about...
