I agree, you should write a book!  :D. However on The Sun story, if he did intend to sell the pictures, he wouldn't want anyone to know that it was he who contacted The Sun and would be likely to claim they contacted him. I asked him about the selling of the pictures and he ignored the question.

I can understand your views however it has been a question he's been asked time and time again. Maybe he finally got fed up and frustrated hearing the same question over and over and each time giving the same reply.  The SUN approached him....and asked to meet him.

I respect your reasons for believing that but sadly I don't. I think anyone genuinely fighting a MOJ wouldn't ever get fed up of defending their position. I know I wouldn't. I might be off-hand in my replies but I would make sure I got my point over. You can't afford not to.

Hey AA!

Perhaps you should read the campaign book and compare with your notes! I'd be interested in that.

I have to agree with Aunt Agatha, Why would he take the time the answer all questions written to him when he has probably answered them a thousand times after the last 30 years? I have read somewhere that if you write to Jeremy he expects you to be familiar with everything.

He is aware that if he distances himself from some of his 'crazy' supporters he would get more credibility. He gets hundreds of letters on a Monthly basis so he can be choosy as to who he commits more time to replying to. If you write to Jeremy and your a female of certain age he might more or less automatically put them in what he calls the 'desperate lonely housewives club' and not invest much time in responding. Allot of women probably think they have some kind of special distant relationship with him when to Jeremy its Just words on a piece of paper he gets all too often with no face to the name.

It would not surprise me if of all the time he spends writing back to people 90% of his effort goes on 10% of his correspondence, those that he feels can make a real difference to his prospects of freedom.

Because he NEEDS support and if he is truly innocent - it's all he has. Of course he's going to write that The Sun approached him - he's hardly going to admit he tried to sell the pictures of his dead sister - is he? But if he didn't, why not just say so? Why don't you write to Jeremy yourself? You'll find he doesn't like to answer anything that might put him in a dubious position.

WHAT IDIOT SHOOTS SOMEONE TWICE AND CLAIMS it was SUICIDE? NOBODY EVER TALKS ABOUT THAT, WHAT YOU ALL SAY about Jeremy is absurd!

You've raised this point before and yes people have answered it.

Jeremy didn't claim it was suicide, he fed the police his story about the phone call and left them to work it out. They did and that's why he's in prison.

Two reasons

1. Everything he writes to people has legal repercussions. His lawyers would have given him strict guidelines on what he can and cannot answer.

2. If your asking him details about the case such as the questions you have asked he is going to think your just trying to work out if he is guilty or not, This has no interest to him and he will get suspicious of every letter he gets.

Why don't you write to Jeremy yourself? You'll find he doesn't like to answer anything that might put him in a dubious position.

I have considered it but what could I possibly write? I am not going to ask him any questions about the details of the case for the reasons above. So i cant think of anything worthwhile  :-\

Jeremy didn't claim suicide. He said he received a call from his father saying Sheila has got the gun. He let the police decide the rest.

Write to him yourself, then comment. Ask him something you want to know. I did and when it was positive he answered, when it wasn't, he didn't. That's all I can tell you.

Allegedly he shot her TWICE, then claimed suicide. Who would do that?
