I love talking to myself, what bugs me is that lunatic arguments of the clown from across the pond, making out he's far more wiser than any of us, but the truth is he is full of donkey turd, hee haw, hee haw, hee haw. He's got to be under the influence of drugs to say the sort of things he is saying. What a plonker that one is, a complete waste of space...

Sheila shot the other victims, at least her parents, if not her children all by herself, with no help from anyone other than herself. The silencer evidence did not prove that Sheila could not nor did not kill her own two children, or June Bamber, or indeed Ralph Bamber. The trial judge failed to point out to the jury that there was no direct evidence to link Jeremy to the murder of Sheila...

She also had blood on the soles of her feet despite police officers claiming her feet were spotlessly clean. Police have lied, and lied, and lied, how can any ordinary member of the jury believe anything spoken about by a police officer, they will say anything providing it favours the prosecution case..

The presence of this mark confirms that Sheila fired the gun (encircled in yellow):-

By reference to the following diagramatic photograph, you can see the finger which pulled the trigger when Sheila used the anshuzt rifle to shoot and kill 4 members of her own family...

Jeremy Bamber is not just classified as a category "A" prisoner, he is in fact classified as a "TRIPLE A CATEGORY PRISONER". This category of prisoner, is automatically at peril of death should there be another world war involving the UK...

Is this true, or not?

He has only one argument - Jeremy did it because Sheila could not have done it .

There's no getting away from that. The trigger part had all but cut into her with the force that she used.
The toenail too, with the next toe which was minus some varnish as the two toes took the impact of her foot being stubbed.

I have often questioned why Jeremy Bamber is always quoted as being arrogant.  I have been told by someone who has spoken to him on a regular basis that JB is not arrogant but is very confident and self assured, exactly as Michael O'Brien describes him.

Surely this is to be expected from someone who grew up in a privileged family and went through the top end of the public school  system.  It is a fact that such children are taught self belief and confidence as part of their education and it can be mistaken for arrogance or a belief in their superiority which may not actually be true.

There is a tendency to judge people by first impressions which may be misunderstood.
I'm sure Michael O'Brien had an ordinary education, probably went through the comprehensive system and I find it very telling he got to know JB well enough to maybe see beyond the veneer of his personality which he may use as protection in such a hostile environment.

Arrogance can be mistaken for self-confidence and being self-assured. Yes,his up-bringing has given him his strength and endurance which is to be admired.
I think that Jeremy thought at the time that everyone was the same as himself and understand where he was coming from.

A brilliant post,Maggie.I couldn't have put it better myself,as you've posted what my thoughts have been from day one and this is why I've believed him to be innocent and everyone else guilty of misunderstanding a young man as he was at the time.

Here is an extract, paragraph 13 of a CONFIDENTIAL REPORT, confirming that both the Anschütz rifle owned by Ralph Bamber, and the Brno .22 bolt action rifle were found at the scene on the 7th August 1985
The extracted paragraph states "On the 15th May 1991, Mr Pargeter's rifle, together with the .22 semi automatic rifle found at the murder scene on the 7th August 1985, with spent cartridge cases and bullets from the murder scene were submitted to the Metropolitan Police Forensic Laboratory at Lambeth, with a request for tests to be carried out as set out in Laboratory Form No.1 as attached."

The above lists the items submitted, separating them with commas. The wording used is slightly imperfect - the word "together" is redundant. However, that seems to be because of poor sentence construction, rather than because the two rifles were found in the same place or on the same date. Unlike the semi-automatic rifle and the spent cartridge cases and bullets, the first item is given simply as "Mr Pargeter's rifle", and this is consistent with the writer assuming that this rifle wasn't found or seized at the scene. What seems to have been in the writer's mind is that these items are now (1991) being submitted together for specified testing, whereas this had not happened previously (i.e., in 1985).

The paragraph doesn't specifically exclude the possibility that Pargeter's rifle was at the murder scene on 7th August 1985, but it doesn't confirm it either.
