I think some people are proud now
I've spoken to Patti,who is okay though pretty disillusioned,as it must have taken all of 2 seconds to remove her presence from the forum------------------says it all really.!
Patti is a very tolerant person and also very sensitive towards any unpleasantness as well,and those qualities were pushed to the limit,taking things to heart. I'm the complete opposite and that's why we,Patti and myself, get on so well.
My own feelings are that something must have been brewing for a while before boiling over. I'm hoping that she'll return,as she's done nothing wrong and has contributed a lot here as she remains in the " uncertain " category of the debate.
I also think it's sad that some of our best posters have either slacked off or disappeared altogether,so am I the only one who questions these departures ?
I appreciate that for the moment it's all about covering old ground and is somewhat repetitive at times,which quickly turns an argument into a nasty " them and us " situation which isn't nice for anyone.
I'm sure everyone would welcome some news of sorts whatever it might be just to break the monotony, meanwhile I've got another letter to write to Jeremy,without trying to reveal my deeper thoughts on the case,which is difficult, but not the done thing I'm afraid.
