So everyone plumps for the one left standing-------------Jeremy.

Why choose between the two of them ? Why was Sheila's name mentioned at all, especially as it had been noted that she was incapable ?

Jeremy mentioned Sheila, he framed Sheila for it.  He couldn't murder his whole family in their sleep and then assert some stranger did it. Who would have a motive to go kill hem all?   Who would profit from their deaths?

He had a sister who had a mental illness so figured she was the ideal scapegoat.  He botched things though and the evidence ended up giving away that she was simply framed.  There are pitfalls in killing so many people and fortunately many people are unable to fully navigate those pitfalls.

I'm not under anyone's spell  ::) How much more daft can you get ?
I'd already made up my mind before coming on to this forum, being well aware of the tragedy at the time. His face, posture and body-language told me immediately that he was innocent when I first saw him being led away. He clearly thought everyone was having a joke and all the fuss and palava would come to nothing.
His weak defence let him down badly !!

f you recall, Lookout, JEREMY said his father had said she'd gone crazy and had the gun. Effectively it was JEREMY who bought Sheila in to the equation.

Yes,because Jeremy didn't realise at the time, and probably still doesn't,that his mother was barmy also.

He thought he was clever enough to get away with it - he wasn't.

The irony that it was JEREMY who put Sheila in the spotlight...and then when once it became clear she was obviously innocent, it all turned to him. He put the spotlight on himself.
I bet that stings him.

At least I've got the guts to fight his corner, singly, with NOBODY to back me up !!

There may be a reason for that.

Of course he was aware that his mother had had psychological problems but not sure where the venom is coming from?

Erm-------not at all. It very nearly made headline news that it was the grandmother,so fathom that one out. A cop happened to pass the news on to a waiting journo, before being stopped and saying it was the daughter.

You're not the only innocent supporter here so how are you fighting his corner singularly?

Hardly PC that, is it Lookout? You're unlikely to gain any sort of support when you speak about June in  that way simply because she may have been on anti depressants.

Nevill (well Jeremy) didn't say June had gone crazy - it was reported as SHEILA. And how would you know what NEALY happened? Another unsubstantiated claim!!

Because it feels like it.
