The police can make up anything of something if they wish,because they can ( it's what they do,they're untouchable )and whatever they come up with goes straight to the waiting press whether it's the truth or not.
The fact that the kitchen looked like a bomb-site must have come from somewhere as it was bandied around about the sugar having been spilled all over the floor,because AE had been keen to find out if there had been any on Sheila's feet.
How could there have been when she was upstairs deceased ? The disarray happened later that morning.
It wasn't made very clear that it was the raid team who entered like a bull in a china shop and not caused by any vicious struggle which allegedly took place between Jeremy and his father.

Mike: Who uprighted the overturned kitchen table and reset the table, with utensils and crockery?

Scipio: Who said the table was overturned?

It's a strange place when the fact that NO ONE says it, means that it MUST of happened. But these BS myths are so far engrained in the minds of those that want to believe them, it doesn't matter is there is proof or not.
