Useable evidence

If CCRC ordered a retrial, what existing evidence would be admissible under current rules?

thats a hard qustion to answer the ccrc are bit of law unto themselves at times.

i would guess though i am not expert here.

any new evedence that wasnt used in the previous appeals or the trial.

I suppose anything could be used that came to light about main prosecution witnesses lying under oath

That would be terible though wouldnt if if someone had kept something hiden for 26 years i just can't imagine
