The first shot was virtually level which means the gun was nearly at a perfect 90 degree angle to her neck.  That alone is evidence she can't have shot herself because it would require her to have monkey arms. He put the gun at nearly a 90 degree angle at her neck and fired.

The second shot he shoved the gun under her chin and pushed her head back as far as it would go. With her head pushed back the angle at which he held the gun when he shot wasn't that steep.
Wrong yet again. You would get the same 90 degree angle if she was sitting and bending over the rifle at the time she took her shot. Use your old grey matter scipio and learn to look for alternatives. Your mind is so taken up proving you're right you can't see that what you are really doing is polarizing everything so that it conforms only to your view of things.

Of course, self evident.

How would Jeremy have been standing if he shot her at a 90% angle? Seems rather contrived.

Wrong about what?  The easiest way for Jeremy to fire the first shot into her was to just hold the gun level at her neck.

Him holding the gun vertically so she could lay on it like a chicken about to get her head chopped off is stupid. In the meantime if she did that the non-fatal wound would have been a hard contact wound and gravity among other things would have resulted in a great deal of blood on/in the weapon and on her gown when she stood upright.

The non fatal neck shot was inflicted when Sheila struggled for possession of a rifle with another person - after being shot she collapsed to the floor. There was very little external dribbling of blood from that shot, as a result of the main damage occurring internally. As she Collapsed to the floor that part of her neck where the bullet wound punctured the surface of the skin, was uppermost thus preventing any internal blood running out because of gravity. This is why there is very little vertical blood evidence linked to that first shot...

Forget who shot her for the moment, forget also which part of the house she was shot in, and forget which weapon fired this (PV/20), concentrate on the method in which that first shot was inflicted. Ask yourselves, whether with the position of a rifle held at that angle, could Sheila have shot herself non fatally?

Was she standing upright when she was shot, was she upright, bent over, sat up, leaning back, or laying down?

Tests done at Birdwell Armoury 2003 / 2004, which were filmed and photographed confirm that in fact Sheila would have been able to shoot herself using the anshult rifle, both with and without a sound moderator attached. This is contrary to evidence relied upon during the trial by lab' assistants who testified saying that with the silencer attached to the end of the rifles barrel the overall length of the weapon would have been too long to allow Sheila to have shot herself...

The jury only considered the prosecution witnesses version of these events, they did not hear the evidence obtained at Birdwell armoury (2003 /2004) because it had not been available during the time of the trial. The Birdwell tests were carried out by gun enthusiasts, Smith and Mallinson, acted out by model Amy Holland, filmed by a BBC Cameraman, photographed, in the presence of Jeremy Bambers solicitor barrister, and myself, and categorically prove that the jury were misled over the claim that the length of the weapon was too long for Sheila to have shot herself using it...

It is not impossible for Sheila to have shot herself with that non fatal shot, using the rifle on its own, or the rifle with the sound moderator fitted to the end of the rifles barrel. It is also possible, that someone else to have shot her on that occasion with the sound moderator on the barrel of the gun. This can now be proved through reenactment using the same model rifle and sound moderator, and an actress or model who is of a similar height weight and bodily dimensions (as was achieved at Bird well armoury in 2003 / 2004), as Sheila Caffell...

The second, fatal shot (PV/19) under the chin, cannot be linked as having occurred simultaneously to the first non fatal shot across the throat. This is because of the angle of the first shot (PV/20), cannot be satisfactorily Married to the angle of the second (PV/19) shot under the chin,  because of the position that the end of the rifles barrel ended up in, and the position of Sheila"s right arm and her hand restingbon the right hand side of the rifles trigger mechanism. The position of angles, position of rifles barrel and  Sheila's hand on the trigger mechanism, are inconsistent, contradictory, and inconsistent with the idea that both shots were inflicted one after the other (as claimed)...

Whoever shot Sheila under the chin (PV/19), did so when the position of the rifle (minus the sound moderator) was laid flat against her body, without her fingers on the trigger mechanism, and with the end of the guns barrel either in contact, or close contact with the surface of the chin...

What is also clear, is that someone repositioned the rifle on Sheila's body in time for PC Bird (SOCO) to photograph it there on her body, with her right hand resting conveniently on top of the trigger mechanism...

The two shots to Sheila's neck were inflicted upon Sheila in different circumstances, in different parts of the farmhouse, she did not shoot herself, even though on both occasions it has already been proved that she could have done. The first shot (PV/19) was inflicted using a weapon fitted with a sound moderator, the second shot (PV/19) was not...

The sound moderator was attached to a weapon that inflicted the first (PV/20) non fatal neck shot, but absent from the weapon which inflicted (PV/19) the second fatal shot beneath the chin...

Under these circumstances, how could both shots have been inflicted by the same configurated weapon simultaneously?

This, of course, helps to explain how Sheila's blood could have got into the sound moderator at a time when the shot (PV/20) was inflicted, but not when the fatal shot (PV/19)  was inflicted...

A circular mark around the non fatal (PV/20) bullet entry hole on Sheila's throat, confirms that a sound moderator was fitted to the barrel of the gun which fired the non fatal shot. Absence of a similar circular mark around the bullet hole (PV/19) under her chin, is consistent with a sound moderator not being attached to the end of the rifles barrel when she was instantly killed by the shot under the chin...

Using this model of interpretation, it explains how Sheila's blood got into the sound moderator, before she was killed by the second fatal shot (PV/19) under the chin...

Her blood got into the sound moderator, when shot PV/20 was fired across her throat (right to left)., not when she was killed by shot PV/19 under the chin..,

This proposition explains how her blood could have got into the sound moderator, and it still have been possible for Sheila to have killed herself by way of an unsilenced rifle at the time of the fatal shot (PV/19) under the chin...

But if this were true, how did the sound moderator find itsvway back into the gun cupboard in time for David Boutflour to rediscover it on or by the 10th August 1985?

this is the question that keeps being ignored - I asked for a sketch?

If you were Sc and you knew you were about to be shot and you were not restrained there are several automatic reactions - such as grabbing the end of the barrel and trying to move it away from your neck

For those who might wish to believe this explanation, I have another explanation to account for the presence of how the sound moderator ended up back inside the gun cupboard in time for David Boutflour to rediscover it there by the 10th August...

I still wonder if it was in the cupboard - what if they found it under the bed or something and the police told them not to say that because it made them look stupid?

Mike do you know if it was ever mentioned if NB watch had stopped when it was found?
