We know that the ccrc have got one of the crime scene video tapes, which they say Jeremy is not allowed to see - but they don' have the other parts of the video footage taken at the scene on that same morning. More worryingly, is the fact that despite almost 30 years having elapsed since the time of the tragedy on 7th August 1985, no-one has owned up to taken ng the video footage at the scene that morning. But somebody performed that duty, and other police officers in attendance at the scene witnessed the filming of the scene between 9am and 11.10am. Arguably the video footage that was taken was important evidence, and if it contained the same scenes as those photographed by PC Bird from 10 O'clock onwards, there should be no reason why Jeremy can't see the crime scene video footage. What this suggests in the strongest possible terms is that the video footage shows something very different to the images taken by PC Bird from 10am that morning, or in other words, it shows the police set the scene for PC Bird to photograph..,
