The grainy quality of the image sets it apart from other imagery broadcast in the same documentary.  The way the producer has fizzed real time footage into reenacted parts was very clever, but not clever enough to fool me. Key to establishing fact from fiction rests with the format and quality of the recording video tape, type of device used and  process adopted when converting the real time footage into single photographic still images...

You are all entitled to believe what you want to, but for me, this photographic still opens up a gateway to the truth which for over 29 years, has been a mystery. The two females in image (a) being Sheila and June, as opposed to two actresses, makes sense of the contents of police message logs, which refers to two bodies found upon entry to the kitchen downstairs, or in particular, the body of one dead male, and the body of one dead female. Since, the female in the forefront of image (a) has neither a shot under her chin with blood running from the corner of her mouth, nor alternatively, a shot between the eyes. So, what this produces is a fitting explanation for either Sheila or June, to have been the female being referred to, as being present in the kitchen when the raid team entered the farmhouse kitchen. This becomes possible, because the female at the forefront in image (a) does not show signs of having received a fatal bullet wound injury. sheila died as a result of a second shot under the chin, death occurred instantaneously. June, died as a result of being shot between the eyes...

I am confident with what I know, that in the absence of any proof to the contrary, capable of challenging the fact that photographic image (a) has captured Sheila and June, that a jury would be persuaded to agree that the two bodies found upon entry into the kitchen, is linked to image (a), and vice versa...

I have good reason to believe that image (a) is a photographic still taken from the first video tape taken at the crime scene. I believe the female in the foreground is Sheila, but equally it could be June Bamber. It does not particularly matter who the female in the foreground of image (a) is, whether it's Sheila, or June, because whichever one it was, the female at the forefront does not show any evidence of having sustained the fatal shot which killed them both. With this in mind, it can be said with clarity that at least either Sheila, or June, were alive at the time the crime scene video footage showing this scene was taken. In my opinion, this photographic still must have been filmed as part of the first crime scene video tape, which started to be filmed at around 9am until around 9.30 - 9..45am. Bearing in mind other information I have been given image (a) must have been filmed before 9.15am as part of the first crime scene video tape. It goes without saying that because the female in image (a) does not show any signs of having been fatally shot in the region of under the chin, or between the eyes, that this female could have been the female referred to in the police message logs, timed at 7.37am, 7.38am, and 7.42am. Additionally, the fact that the control was referring to one of the two bodies being a murder, and a suicide, at around 7.45am when DS Davidson was contacted at home and asked to come on duty, indicates that one of the two bodies reported to have been found in the kitchen upon entry, could not have committed suicide by that stage, because if shot at all, that person had not yet received the fatal shot to either her neck, or between the eyes. This is self evident by reference to image (a). In order for such a glaring anomalies to exist in the police message logs and elsewhere between 7.37 and 8.10am, the person referred to as a suicide could not have been dead, when claimed to have been dead, This is why image (a) is such an important piece of fresh evidence, because it demonstrates in the clearest possible terms that the female in the foreground had not sustained any fatal shot to either the neck, or between the eyes. I have a great deal more of information to provide regard image (a) not yet spoken about, which I need to make mention of, which is pertinent to the present matter. As I say, I believe the female shown in image (a) to be Sheila, but there is a chance that I could be mistaken, and that in fact it could be June Bamber. This aspect of the matter is being looked into at the moment by 'CYCLOPS' members, who for over a week now have been pondering the still from the crime scene footage - there objective being to try and establish whether or not, the female at the forefront of image (a) us Sheila, or June, and why it is one or other of both?

The image (a) produces a PARADOX, which is capable of proving that Jeremy Banner could not have been responsible for killing either Sheila Caffel, or June Bamber, or both. I cannot emphasize how important or significant this new material is in the attempt to win Jeremy Banner his freedom and to clear his name. I have a great deal more to discuss on this subject, and look forward to all the opposition any if you might care to make, trying to discredit what I will have to say. I look forward to receiving any criticism, in fact, I welcome it...

(7) - With the exception of PI Montgomery, and PS Woodcock, the other six firearms officers who took part in the original entry into the farmhouse, were not present at the scene when Sheila and Junes body got repositioned and stage managed, therefore, the contents of witness statements making mention of where the bodies of Sheila and june had been actually found is fabricated...

(8) - if a sound moderator was used at the time the fatal shot beneath Sheila's chin was inflicted, the police who were present when they killed her would have known about it.

(9) - a police officer who took part in the training exercise during which Sheila was shot, took the sound moderator away and hid it in a box inside the cupboard in the downstairs office - this fact has not come to light previously because the training exercise and what took place was a highly sensitive issue, which all those involved were forbidden to speak about or mention...

(10) - a false photographic record was created by PC Bird, witg a view of portraying the rearranged crime scene, as though bodies of victims had originally been found undisturbed. A total of 558 photographs were taken in the investigation which formed part of THE SENIOR INVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM. PC Bird qas Bird was instructed to produce a false album designed to keep the lid on the training exercise which had taken place, and of course to pdotect the identity of all the officers who took part in the training exercise, and at least one murder (Sheila Caffell). PC Bird produced a fake photographic record consisting of 223 photographs which he dubbed, THE MASTER COPY ALBUM. He also created another photographic album consisting of 50 photographs, which he called, THE COURT ALBUM. His final trick was to crwate a schexule, whi h purported to show the sequence with which the 223 MASTER COPY AL UM had been taken, from which the COURT ALBUM, was created - thus concealing any mention of the existence of the 581 photographs contained in the SENIPR UNVESTIGATING OFFICERS ALBUM, depriving Bamber and his legal team of seeing a further 358 photographs deliberately kept from them. These missing 358 photographs did not surface until after the failed 2002 appeal. In fact not until the beginning of 2004. One of the withheld photographs was the one of Sheila on the bed...

Jan, thus far Mike hasn't been prepared to discuss that, HAD either person been a living June/Sheila, they would have to have been carried/dragged/lumped, still living, to be photographed in a room OTHER than where they received their fatal shots. WHY??? Then carried/dragged/lumped BACK to the room where they received the fatal shots and be photographed again. It seems to me to be a very lengthy and fantastic way of saying the police shot and killed them both. In case you're wondering, I'm not inclined to buy into it.

Reader, I have pointed out on several occasions, that the BED SIDE CABINETS in the Bamber bedroom are Queen Anne style, whilst the item of furniture seen in the "other" picture is modern MFI type. As you say, it is extremely unlikely that Nevill and June would have had such in a Georgian house. The MOST I MIGHT be prepared to allow is that it was a junk room, but that STILL leaves the question WHY!!!!!!!!!
