No I think this is in 2002 and it is notes discussing how the hair went missing. So I guess it is notes concerning the original collection of the silencer

The missing hair benefits Bamber more than hinders him.

If it was Neville's the prosecution could claim it got on there on the massacre night.

If it was not Neville's, there was still the scratch marks and blood.

Yes - almost too good to be true when you think about it! Paint, blood and hair - it seems like almost too convenient - full-hedge.

It was never there in the first place!  ::) ;D

Did the relatives and police say their was a hair on the silencer ? The police losing the hair.

Was both the police and relatives lying in unison ?

The judge said the scratch marks meant the silencer was certainly on the rifle during the kitchen fight.

Can you think of any other innocent reason why the scratch marks would end up on the silencer ?

I can´t imagine how that paint got on that silencer innocently. I can´t see how that paint got on it during a fight. As I said, it almost seems too convenient.

The " hair thing " was instigated by the relatives anyway. If there was no hair there, then it was plainly and simply a lie by DB ?

Well the relatives would have had to decide quickly to put the scratch marks on the silencer. Together with putting Sheila's blood inside.

Seriously - how did the paint get on the silencer? The scratch marks were underneath the mantle, can´t see how it happened during a fight, it seems so awkward.

There was no point in the relatives giving the police the silencer with a hair attached to it. Unless they actually had a strand of Neville's hair.

He was the only one with grey hair in that household - wouldn´t have been hard to find a grey hair. Not saying that happened, but it wouldn´t have been hard.
That said, we have no idea to whom that hair belonged, it could have been Robert Boutflour´s or someone else´s.

The relatives 'scrutinised' the silencer before handing it to Jones and never saw ANY hair. They have it for two days and never saw ANY hair - the hair appeared, when Jones appeared! Another reason why I believe the silencer is bollox!
