The programme showed shots of a few locations in the house  i haven't seen (eg stairs, sheila's room etc). Any chance of some screen grabs?

It did show some but for the reconstructions they used a rather posh set which didn't really reflect how the house looked.  ;D

Yes, you're right. Also the actors playing June and Nevill didn't look remotely like them.
It's a pity that there weren't many people who were there at the time participating.
I'm glad they made Julie Mugford look like a witch.
Why are you and Jackie so nasty to these witnesses Grahame?? It really does not look so good for your credibility with all this anger.

They showed the Boutflours supposedly finding the silencer/s and mauling it about with their contaminated greasy hands and then the next shot showed the police fingerprinting it.  ;D Anyone can see for themselves that it should never had been entered as evidence since it had been by then contaminated by goodness knows how many people. What with one of the relatives supposedly scraping off a flake of blood because it fascinated him. ;D Well how much more mickey mouse could this investigation become? :o
True Grahame but if there was no gun or dust oil on Sheila, dosn't that prove she was not the Killer? Didn't seem to mention that at the end last night.

I believe Julie Mugford's evidence to be entirely credible.  Julie went into great detail about Jeremy and his activities including his other frauds perpetrated on the family.  The theft from the camp site which was also blamed on other individuals being the clincher for me.

That is quite right Richard, Sheila could not have fired that weapon on so many occasions and also reloaded it without getting residue on her palms and fingers.

I also believe the souls of her feet were clean which would indicate that she did not wander around the house as was suggested by Jeremy.

i missed the programme joolz, really want to see it aswell, hoping someone can upload it, hence the grovelling appeal above ;)

Havnt you got crime investigation network? its back on tonight!

Other than that i could record it onto DVD and post it to you?

joolz you are a star, that would be excellent if you could post it, i will send you a stamped addressed envelope and cash to cover the cost of the disc. much appreciated , thanks x

Dont worry i have plenty of discs!

Will record the one tonight and inbox me your contact details and will pop it in post tommorow!

I meant ive watched all the crimes that shook britain on various subjects, Jill Dando,Sarah Payne etc.... and the WHF was probably the worst one ive seen!

Could you get a couple of screen grabs on the forum if you record it? Particularly shots of Sheila's room and the main stair case (haven't seen pics of these before).

Who's Jackie? I'm not being nasty at all. She was proved to be a lier and perverted the course of justice. So why wasn't she prosecuted?

No but they did say that not much care was taken and actually many things were burnt before they were properly investigated. Didn't any of those falsified statements and cover ups get through to you Richard?

So you believe she was a credible witness John? Then why did she wait all that time before she came forward to the police and suddenly remember that JB had threatened to murder his family weeks before hand? All of a sudden being dumped by Jeremy she had a conscience about it. She was fine in covering up these wicked deeds before he dumped her. But after he gave her the brush off she had a sudden burst of conscience and like the good citizen she was she fled to the police with this "urgent" information. Even when JB was supposed to tell her in a telephone call about his dastardly plan she never even thought about phoning his parents to warn them. I wonder why?

I quite agree Grahame, she is a despicable person who previously colluded with Bamber to rob his own family but that is not what I am saying.

She turned Queens evidence to save her own skin, I have no doubt about that.  Her testimony is so detailed that she would have been incapable of making it all up and keeping to it throughout all the interviews.  She might not be the smartest of criminals but she is consistent, that is what makes the difference.

I also believe Jeremy wasn't too smart in trusting her in the first place but then again he thought that she was in it up to her neck and wouldn't squeal anyway.  It is quite interesting that Jeremy had to phone her in the middle of the night before going to the farmhouse, wouldn't it be interesting to really know what he said to her that morning??   ;)

So by your own standards Graham...do you believe JB was a credible witness being a thief from his own family business and a liar too?
