I believe that the jury were duped by the prosecutions blood expert, the prosecutor, and the trial judge, into accepting that bloodfound inside a sound moderator was unique to Sheila Caffell, and that a presence of her blood there meant that she had been shot and killed by the family owned .22 semi-automatic rifle with its silencer attached, and that at some stage after she was killed somebody had detached the silencer from the rifle, placed the rifle back on the body, took the silencer and hid it in a gun cupboard in a downstairs office. The jury were told that with the silencer fitted to the barrel of the rifle, the jury were told that Sheila would have been unable to shoot herself because the overal length of the weapon with silencer fitted to rifle barrel would have been too long to allow or permit Sheila to kill herself...

But, I think they got it wrong, because amongst the blood group activity used to portray the blood found in the silencer was unique to Sheila by inclusion of blood group AK1 in the results. There are strong grounds for believing that this AK1 blood group was animal blood not human. Two lots of animal blood were detected as being present just inside the aperture of the silencers end cap. By far the most significant piece of evidence which ought to set alarm bells ringing, is contained in the lab' notes, where it is clearly noted that present on the end part of the silencer were two stains, described as HUMAN + 2 OTHER ANIMALS. Yet even more disturbing is the fact that although it is recorded that HUMAN +ANIMAL blood was also found inside the silencer, somebody has attempted to effect the integrity of blood group evidence found inside, by claiming it was only human blood...

Recorded in the same lab' notes, is the fact that the further the blood went into the baffles it petered out in quantity, and that the crucial flake of blood found trapped under the first of 17 baffles was the only source where AK1 blood type was detected...

I don't suppose for one minute that anyone would have thought that Jeremy would ever persue this case as he has done, and is continuing to do so. Those concerned probably thought that he'd just " take it on the chin " and forget about everything. Considering he's a " guilty man ",he's going to great lengths which include a myriad of files/documents !! Could he have written this amount of documentation if he'd been guilty ? I think not.!

Ak1 blood type found in the region of the first baffle plate inside the silencer as part of a small loose flake, had something in common with the mixture of human +2 animals blood found on the flat surface of the silencers end cap, since blood type AK1 is the only enzyme shared by animals and humans...

The presence of 2 lots of animals blood and the flake containing the key AK1 blood result, found so close together at the same end of the silencer, must surely have originated from the same source, from animal blood (AK1), not human blood.  There surely has to be an argument that the AK1 part of the flake got there through contamination as human blood entered the silencer on some later occasion after 2 lots of animal blood had already stained that part of the silencer. This is borne out further by reference to the fact that all the other blood found further inside the silencer only produced the following three blood group results, A, EAP BA, and HP 2-1 (which could have originated from June Bamber, alone, a mixture of hers and her husbands bloods, or Sheila's blood). Approaching this matter from this angle counteracts the claim that the blood found inside the silencer was unique to Sheila, when clearly it was not...

Blood expert John Hayward must have known at the time of the trial when he testified, that 2 lots of animal blood detected on the silencers end cap, and the AK1 part of the loose flake found in the region of the first baffle plate, could have been from an animal rather than a human, and that all the other blood found further down inside the silencers baffle plates was uniquely human...

presumably the list of possible "human donors" was only taken from those present in the house.

Surely it should have been extended in theory to anyone who had handled the silencer.

It is very disturbing to know that even at the trial stage the blood evidence obtained from different parts of the silencer were being spoken about in terms of it all being, A, EAP BA, AK1 and HP2-1, blood type, but this was very misleading and totally inaccurate. The facts tell a completely different story, the facts speak of a flake of blood found in the vicinity of the first or second of 17 internal baffles. This flake was removed from the silencer and examined  independantly. This examination of that flake produced blood group activity A, EAP BA, (AK1) and HP 2-1. The blood expert then swabbed the remaining baffle plates and it is without doubt that examination of these swabs from these other baffle plates did not produce the exact blood group activity as that obtained from the flake which was found in such a critical location towards the top end of the silencer, close to where mixed HUMAN +2 ANIMALS blood was present. Swabbed blood obtained from baffles  below where the crucial flake was found, produced results, A, EAP BA, HP2, and HP2-1, in a variety of different combinations. It is without question, proveable that blood groups A, EAP BA, and HP2, or A, EAP BA, and HP2-1, are not unique blood groups belonging to, or originating from Sheila Caffell. We therefore have two distinctive internal parts of the silencer from which blood evidence was found, and an area on the flat surface of the silencers end cap, where a mixture of HUMAN and 2 ANIMALS bloods were detected. There was no evidence of any animal having been shot at the time the five human victims were shot, so in view of this the 2 animal bloods must have already been present on the end of the silencer. Then when the shooting started blood from a possible variety of victims got onto and into the silencer, those human bloods becoming contaminated with the two animal bloods, thus carrying amixture of both types into the top end of the silencer. As more victims were shot, the blood from these additional victims ran over blood which had been deposited there previously, resulting in a mixture of HUMAN +2 ANIMALS bloods being carried into the upper most part of the silencer, which produced the flake trapped between the first and the second baffle, which produced blood activity A, EAP BA, HP2-1, and (AK/1), mistakenly identified as blood that was unique to Sheila, but I think the (AK/1) true human combination was actually, A, EAP BA, and HP 2-1, which entered the silencer when Sheila used the rifle/silencer to shoot one of her parents (June), before entering the childrens bedroom and shooting them. I arrive at this conclusion because I think the sequence with which all types of blood got onto and into the silencer, was in the following order:-

Animal (1)
Animal (2)
June Bamber (3)
Daniel Caffell (4)
Nicholas Caffell (5)
June Bamber (6)
Ralph Bamber (7)

As each victim was shot thier blood came into contact with blood which had already been deposited there sequentially, and was contaminated as it touched it as it passed beyond it whilst entering into the silencer., where Animal blood (1) and (2), mixed and contaminated June Bambers (3) blood, was carried into the top end of the silencer, forming the flake subsequently recovered found trapped between baffles one and two. This mixture of Animal (2) and (3) blood with June Bambers blood (3) responsible for producing the blood group activity A, EAP BA, HP2-1, and (AK/1), representative of Human / Animal blood types, where (AK/1) originated from an Animal source, not human. This came about through a process of contamination. Then with a delay between the shooting of June Bamber (3) and the children (4) and (5), thier bloods became contaminated with bloods of the aforementioned bloods, thus producing compelling evidence in the form of EAP BA and HP2 blood lower down inside the silencers baffles...

I can't imagine that Sheila had AK1 in her blood. Wouldn't her GP have stated this,or even the pathologist ?

Hi Lookout,

blood taken from Sheila during autopsy was tested and produced the following results:-

A, EAPBA, HP2-1, and AK/1.

The only blood group which claimed to distinguish the blood of the flake trapped between the first two baffles is/was AK/1. What I am saying is that because two lots of animal bloods were detected as being present on the silencer, that any blood from any of the victims which did then subsequently get into the silencer whilst Sheila was shooting any of the other four victims, would come into contact with the animal blood en route to a victims blood being carried into the silencer, and by a process of contamination, blood type AK/1 was carried along into the silencer along with a victims blood, and mistakenly became identified as (AK/1) human blood, not animal blood. This mistake came about because blood type AK/1 is the only blood type shared by both human and animals, and different tests are done when determining animal blood types, and human blood types. It produced a fundamental error in the test results which turned out to have catastrophic consequences upon Jeremy Bambers liberty...

And then, on top of all of this,  there comes a EUREKA moment, One that quite literally puts the cat amongst the pigeons, casting doubt upon the relevance of the AK/1 blood result obtained from the flake of dried blood that was found trapped between baffles one and two...

There exists considerable doubt that the AK/1 blood result obtained from examination of the flake found trapped between baffles one and two of the silencer had originated, or was/is unique to Sheila Caffell. This is because the blood expert manipulated the results of tests performed on blood found in the silencer, so as to fraudulently make out a case for the blood being unique to Sheila, when evidence obtained completely contradicted this/that scenario...
