Did the jury have a right to know that EP had more than one silencer under their control and in their possession?

Jury should have been made aware of this...

What the defence have done with that information?

It's not really relevant unless you can prove that it wasn't the Bamber silencer which had the blood on and in it.

--------------------------

Prior to 30th August 1985, the silencer (DB/1) which had the blood and paint associated with / to it, was not referred to by the alternative exhibit reference of DRB./1...

Then on 20th / 26th September 1985, a silencer that was found inside a cardboard box containing a silencer and ammunition was submitted to the lab' to be checked for blood and fibers...

DS Davidson (SOC) one of the original exhibits officers in this case, has signed the submission of articles to the Lab' on this occasion, and therefore, he was aware of this additional silence that was sent to the lab' checked as part of the ongoing investigation into these murders...

Now, how can EP be sending a cardboard box containing a silencer and ammunition to the Lab' to be checked on 20th / 26th September 1985, if there was only one silencer in their possession as part of this investigation, and blood had already been found inside another silencer (DB/1) which had been at the Lab' from 30th August 1985?

How many silencers were found inside a cardboard box that also had ammunition inside it from the gun cupboard at whf?

I think this is clear evidence that the blood and the paint has been wrongly attributed to the Bamber (DRB/1) silencer..
