Playboy or not?

On this forum we continually hear about Jeremy the playboy.

If you look into Jeremy's past he seemed happiest when he was in a relationship with a women with children and seemed to enjoy the family environment

Jeremy appeared to have his pick of women yet chose someone with children who would not have been able to go out nights and party.

He was obviously happy with this situation

Hardly the choice of a playboy?

I think he probably was, Lookout. I can't for the life of me, think what's wrong with it. He probably did very well and enjoyed himself working as a wine waiter. The more one flirts, the more generous the punters. GREAT work for a good looking young man. Sloppy Joe's, I imagine, would have been hard work but great fun with all the college and uni students congregating there.

Jeremy wasn't playboy material.

I don't think he was either Lookout.  A playboy hunts down women to enjoy sexual favors and cannot settle into a relationship. Jeremy had two long term relationships up to 1985.  I think he might have enjoyed womens company and been a bit of a ladies man...but a playboy no...that is what the press may tell the world but in reality it might not have been like that at all.

Poor lad had been cooped up on that farm for most of his life and he had found enjoyment at long last and wanted more. Its like a child who finds the world of play.  In my opinion both Sheila and Jeremy found enjoyment outside of the farm and wanted to leave it. They had both found the modern world.

But he did not have the finances to be one. Or the time as he was working long hours.

Sorry,but he was no Hugh Heffner. Jeremy had preferred the older woman. Playboys go for the younger airheads which is what Jeremy hadn't wanted because of his reason for dropping JM for an older and more stable.sensible woman.

None of the girls on here have thrown themselves on me. But you never know.

Its strange when people appear to be jealous of a person who is serving a life sentence.

I think he was like any other young man when you get to the age of a bit of freedom. He like travelling and he liked to go out. Nothing wrong with that.

He did similar things as Colin - only Jeremy wasn´t married and went out and had his fun regardless.

I might break one of my rules and read some other books about the case after Christmas because from Colins Book I still did not get much of a picture of Jeremy or Sheila at all . I think I know enough from actual documents to weed out the truth  so I may give it a go. I am intelligent enough to suss out the difference between fact and fiction now I think
