Again,Susan, thought isn't good enough when the life of someone hangs in the balance. Even the judge saying either Sheila or Jeremy, was pretty naff when one of them was dead.
If EP had done their job properly from the start and dug deep for the evidence of a killer, then fair play, but they didn't,and were highly influenced by people who DIDN'T know the family.Very unfair.

Someone else who was influenced in the case was Vanezis. This time by EP.It's the only conclusion that one can be drawn to when the pathologist " altered " his views.
There was the fragmented bullet which had become a whole one. Swabs taken from Sheilas' hands by SOCO, as well as Nevilles' were stated as having been carried out, except that SOCO hadn't admitted taking the swabs from Neville ??
However, the swabs which were taken from Sheila were rejected by the laboratory, and when returned, showed low levels of lead which proved that Sheila had handled the rifle, an invalid case for the prosecution.

There were never any drugs obtained when tests were done on the family, save that of a trace of cannabis and the weak remains of Haldol in Sheilas' system. So the drugging of the family can be ruled out completely, making any compliance to" lie down and be shot ",a nonsense.
Vanesiz in his reports also stated that Jeremy had no history of violence,no mental illness and no psychopathic traits,as he read from those who'd assessed Jeremy.
A bit different on the reports given by Sheilas' psychiatrists who'd said that she was delusional, volatile, suicidal and could display violence and aggression towards property, others and herself. This was also told by witnesses along with Freddie who all gave police statements.
