Oh, God, if only people would react to such things! If she did that, anyone could see that she was in no state to care for her children, and as it turned out, she was a danger to them. Poor babies, rest in peace.

In USA those mother-killings are on the rise, and that is due to cuts in the health sector. Mentally ill mothers get no help, and their children suffer and sometimes end up being killed. There has been a dramatic rise in such killings over the last few years.

The woman loved her children,Alias, and she was a good mother. After having had as many children as she did, with 5 different fathers,it's not surprising that something would give.

Even animals suffer mental illness after giving birth.

The woman in question was adopted.

Same situation here Alias, Cameron goes on about children being protected but the cuts in family support are horrendous with many support workers losing their jobs and intervention centres being closed down.  these centres support and help parents having difficulties from drugs etc and are the last port of call before child protection.  It's all going on quietly and most of the public have no idea, and children are being left unprotected yet again.

People in the public sector are scared stiff of losing their jobs that they're all resorting to zealousness in order to impress the powers that be that they're good at their jobs.
It's a sorry situation and it's no wonder the police get their wrong man, social workers are going after the wrong people and health workers are missing signs of those who are desperately ill.
Since these bloody senseless targets came about, the amount of businesses that have closed down because it was alleged that folk weren't pulling their weight,is absolute rubbish.

I feel so sorry for NHS staff who have to put targets on human beings. Everyone's been brainwashed and it's scary. How can you put a target on a persons' life ? So many to be attended to in a given amount of time ?? I'd cause mayhem if I still worked for the NHS.

GP surgeries the same. You're lucky to have 5 minutes with a GP and it's all wrong.

There's NO political party on this earth who'd  put right the wrongs that have been made.

They are all overworked and stressed out because they are so short staffed.

THAT is the same here! Everywhere you see the downward spiral. Saw an old cobweb in a train in the Copenhagen tube - apparently not cleaned well enough...
