Same here, Caroline.

This is off topic, but.. Do you know anyone who owns a Halogen Oven? The worktop type?

Hi Andrea

Yes I had one but my son did not like it....I thought it was OK.  :)

I use mine regularly. It's faster than my fan oven and better for small amounts of food.

Do they cook a decent joint? I buy Rib of Beef and its quite expensive so I make sure its cooked perfect.  Would hate to buy a Halogen only for it to ruin a good joint. Thinking of getting one now.

I like mine April. I could cook a dinner for two and have no heavy pans to clean except the bowl.  My son hated it because the roast potatoes did not go as brown as they do in the conventional. I gave mine to my daughter...I thinks she gave it way too. There are 6 of them and it would be impossible to cook with one of those for that amount of people.  I've has 3 microwaves and not used any of them yet lol

There's nowt like good old fashioned cooking.  ;D

I don't think I'd risk Rib of Beef as a first. Shepherd's pie or lasagne might be a better bet :D The timings and temperatures aren't quite the same as a conventional oven.

I use mine in combination with a slow cooker, a microwave, and the hob. Have just invested in a ceramic frying pan which uses ZERO fat and what ever is being cooked will slide onto a plate without leaving a trace.

What is the make of the pan? There's quite a few to choose from.

By now I would have thought the passing of time and his life Jeremy would have come to terms what he did if he did it, prison is far from a doddle  I cant think of anything more destroying to the human soul as interment denial of a free life, if anyone knows a alternative im all ears so I can only conclude Jeremy s mind is still intact the state has yet to destroy it and that I wonder why.

I totally agree and listening to his voice on the audio convinced me of one thing I don't think he believes he did it. He believes he is innocent. Not sure what that means though.

There's no faltering or wavering in his voice, nor is there any angry emphasis. Just a straightforward and truthful denial of his involvement. He's stuck by his word for all these years, which as Mertol pointed out,is the most difficult thing to do in the surrounds of a prison.

Well it is all fact. Apart from September 2015 section.

Harrison's book is due for a August 2015 release.

Advances in criminal investigation technology may have highlighted even more certain guilt. Resulting in the CCRC rejecting the case in 2012.

The CCRC and authorities are not obliged to disclose this information to the public. They already have a conviction. However if Harrison has got hold of this, it will spell the end and a confession.

Someone or some people are obviously not happy with what  Harrison has found out.

Harrison will be highlighting the evidence that convicted Jeremy.  Biased peopel will continue to ignore that evidence and still say he is innocent. Jeremy will still maintain his innocence int he face of the evidence he can't refute hoping more peopel will be like his supporters and ignore the evidence.

What evidence ? If I want to say that he's innocent, then that's my prerogative and it has got nothing to do with you nor anyone else !!

The page of evidence I highlighted time and again that neither you nor any supporter has been able to dent.  Biased supporters like you simply dismiss such evidence but that just amounts to living in denial. It doesn't make it go away, you need to refute it in order to prevent it from establishing his guilt but you can't.
