Was Sheila Caffell set up by her brother Jeremy Bamber?

Its just another theory of someones in order to explain away Sheila's underwear and jogging bottoms soaking in a bucket that the police conveniently forgot to take with them, but allowed Ann Eaton to take away instead. To every bit of evidence that could clear JB it appears another theory pops up to explain it away. Yet they seem intent on not believing that Sheila could have carried out the shootings herself because she was apparently a woman first of all who loved her children, then a woman who was slightly built so it was impossible for her to shoot a .22 (light) rifle 26 times. Which was semi-automatic remember and wouldn't necessarily have taken much effort by the slightest built of people. Remember this weapon was designed to be light and easy to use.
So they have Jeremy (who remember had no marks on him) first of all dressing in a diving suit to protect him from all the blood and when someone brings up Sheila's clothes soaking in a bucket, up comes another explanation. Oh JB must have worn those as well just to make sure she gets the blame.

I had another look at the documentary during a quiet moment last night and a couple of things I found important.

Someone led us newbies to believe that Jeremy did not testify at the trial when this is plainly incorrect. Why didn't someone correct this misinformation?

A single finger print (Jeremy's) was found on the rifle.  This was consistent with Jeremy having handled the rifle the previous evening.  It would appear that the shooter used gloves so that again rules out the paranoid schizophrenic.

there should have been more than one print found on the gun, as the police didnt wear gloves when handling the murder weapon

An interesting bit of Mugford's evidence was that Jeremy commented at how good an actor he was after faking the sobs at the funerals.  Does anyone really think that that is the sort of thing one makes up?

Someone made mention earlier about the 30 odd statements that Mugford gave and commented that it took all these and still she didn't get the story straight.  You will find that it is not so much getting a story straight but getting a story in the first place.  The police weren't interested in coaching her, rather they were concerned as to how good a witness she would be on the stand.

I think we all now know that she was a brilliant witness and confounded the defence barrister constantly.

No but I can read and listen to court reporting just as everyone else can.

It has been stated in two different books ,that after the murders,JB and BC spent alot of time at Sheilas flat.People stated that he was using his sisters clothes,ie:tight jeans and jumpers.When JB got arrested at the flat,the white arran jumper he is seen wearing in the photos was Sheilas.

My wife sometimes wears my sweaters. But that means I can't wear them any more because now they're OUT OF SHAPE GRRR
It all appears to be hearsay this. I can't imagine JB wearing Sheila's knickers, can you? I mean....they would be too small and so would her bra. Jumpers and jerseys are different though. Some are definitely worn by men and women.

That photo of him when hes led away with the jumper on, he looks like hes got eye liner on so maybe he was having a bit of a dress up! anyway nothing wrong with that each to their own!
