Not very quiet, would have woke a few people.

As i said Dolly, probably a load of rubbish.

There's a lot of theories out there paul.  It's like a labrynth.  Horseydave's posts, from the limited ones I actually saw, were very interesting.  Landing lights and concrete stumps etc.

They do like shooting people in the head.

They would have loved to have a white respectable farmer in their pay, with lots of growing room..

Its the best i've heard on here for a while.  :)

If JM really did think JB had done it or had the connections (hitman) to do it then surely she'd have been scared of grassing him up and in fear for her safety, even if he was sent down.

Why do you think she cleared off to Canada if she actually was there at all?

Andrea, I would allow my grandchildren anything, and I think Ralph would have done the same.
Bearing in mind he adopted, he must have loved children. this is shown in the way that he treated Shiela. For this reason I do not think that she would have killed him., or her adopted mother.

I believe you could be onto something there.  Could it be that Jeremy's share was about to get even smaller with the twins coming back on the scene?

according to cc's book the torches would have been important to neville because of having to use them at night on the farm, and he said neville didnt allow the twins to play with them.

As I said Ralph must have loved the kiddies, and would have made allowances for them I reckon
He would have been really proud of his grandchildren, albeit through his adopted daughter.

If I was JM i'd have definitely kept schtum because even if she moved abroad her family would still have been in the UK and possibly in danger.

I just seems odd that a person would remain in a relationship with someone they suppected capable of these awful crimes even if she was in love!

I think we all now know that she was a brilliant witness and confounded the defence barrister constantly.
I wonder could you explain a bit about that John? I don't remember anything about that myself?

Kaldin.......there was a pair of jogging bottoms soaking in a bucket. However,I couldnt tell you what colour they were, just that they were dark coloured.

Cannot believe that the police did not seize these items of clothing. It is of coarse possible that JB had worn them to carry out the murders. He was happy enough to wear Sheilas clothes AFTER the murders!  ;)

Oddly enough, if you wanted to make out that someone else had done something, wearing their clothes would be a good way of making it look like they did it wouldn't it? Obviously brings forward other contamination risks.

I had another look at the documentary during a quiet moment last night and a couple of things I found important.

Someone led us newbies to believe that Jeremy did not testify at the trial when this is plainly incorrect. Why didn't someone correct this misinformation?

A single finger print (Jeremy's) was found on the rifle.  This was consistent with Jeremy having handled the rifle the previous evening.  It would appear that the shooter used gloves so that again rules out the paranoid schizophrenic.

Hmmm............the lack of fingerprints is odd I must admit, but then dont forget that the police handled the gun without gloves.
