Not entirely true, since only one of the photographs of Sheila on the bed was amongst the 'Senior Investigating Officers album' given to Ewen Smith by Essex police (because Ewen got the CCRC to force Essex police to give him access to it, on the basis that Ewen was soon to become a CCRC Commissioner). I have seen a second photograph of Sheila on the bed at a time when she only had one bullet wound in her neck, shown to me by one of the police officers who worked on the case. How did Essex police take photographs of Sheila on the bed, and on the floor, if they did not stage manage her body? How could police have photographs of Sheila with one bullet wound on the neck whilst her body is in the bed, and other photographs with her body on the bedroom floor with two bullit wounds to her neck?

How odd that several key police witnesses all make the same nistake of describing the position of Sheila's body 'on the far side of the bed' - Dr Craig, PI Miller, DS Jones, DC Clarke, PC Wright, DCI Jones, and Ann Eaton...

In addition, the newspapers of the day carried stories of the police finding Sheila's body on the bed, some stories placed her body on the bed next to June Bambers body, some with a rifle between them, other newspaper repirts simply have Sheila on the bed alone, with the rifle either next to her body on the bed, or on top of her body whilst she is on the bed, some reports have a bible on her chest, but the only photographs of a bible which has officially been disclosed are of a bible on the bedroom floor next to the body after it has been moved to the floor. It looks like the bible has been deliberately put there in the disclosed photographs to try and hide a pool of blood that got there whilst Sheila's body was rolled onto its right side. It is a fact that when Sheila's body was in that position laid upon its right side on the floor that the Rifle could not have been on her body at that stage. Somebody, god knows who (but it cannot have been Jeremy), rolled Sheila back over so that her body was in the supine position, and the put the rifle on her body and arranged her right hand upon the gun...

This is the absolute truth concerning what happened...

The police shot and killed Sheila, there is no doubt whatsoever about this, that that is what they did...

Your claim a cop stole a photo and showed it to you but no lawyers connected to the defense is not credible at all.  Especially in light of the pool of blood on the floor which would not have been there if she had been killed in bed.

I don't know what questions people would have that can't be asked publicly. 

The questions I have I already asked publicly such as why did you claim you personally saw a photo of Sheila in bed though you didn't and why do you make up other things so clearly untrue that we all know it is untrue.  It seems pointless.

Good observation scipio.  One question could be why is this forum still here when Jeremy Bamber clearly indicated he had lost faith in it and wanted it closed down.

Spot on scipio.  Had Sheila been on the bed her blood would have been on it too.  Sheila was shot twice in the neck where she was found, on the floor by the bed.  The only time she was moved was to put her in a coffin before being taken to the morgue.

Anything else is simply fantasy.

He is claiming he doesn't have a copy that he only saw this photo.  He is also claiming Ewen Smith never shared it with subsequent defense counsel which not only sounds outrageously ridiculous, I think he had better consider the issue of defamation before he keeps publicly making such charges.

In actual fact scipio Mike said he stole the photo from the album on the desk of Ewen Smith and then put it in the CCRC's letter box. So I don't know why that has now morphed into a detective taking it? I'm confused.
