RB said Neville never showed any interest in farming. And quit in the middle of the harvest.

Perhaps Lookout was right and he was 'the laziest man alive".

Nevill didn't like farming?

Anyway, according to Colin, Jeremy had no time for farming, his book states that when in Australia, Jeremy didn't work on farms (as has been suggested here), even though Nevill had relatives there, Jeremy chose to work in bars.

Strange how Jeremy did farmwork when he was in New Zealand.

BTW,when JM got her money, she too went on her jollys to Australia before settling in Canada.

So where did Jeremy work while in New Zealand? Not on his cousin's farm! Again, Colin is in a far better position to know these details than anyone on a forum. I'll go with Colin - unless (and or until) you can 'prove' different?

Why would Bamber escape from WHF farm work to work on another farm ?

Neville and June were sending him money and he had free accommodation at Chris Neville's.

All we do know is he took diving courses. Paid for by...

RB's diaries say Jeremy left in a hurry. Having to spend a long time in Singapore. Virtually penniless.

sounds to me that he had a great time travelling . And his parents seemed willing to support him. shame to through it all away . especially as NB had said he was settling down into farming and business in general . Hence by at the age of 24 he had shares in two businesses. Quite an achievement.

Yes he no doubt did have a great time travelling. On June and Neville's money. And was enjoying travelling again after they died.

Adam I really do hope that you never lose any of your loved ones under similar circumstances as Bamber lost his. But perhaps if you did you may see the reasons behind some of Bambers seemingly contradictory actions and that you may not be so condemnatory of people as you seem to be? For I can tell you first hand that such losses turn the mind into turmoil and you find yourself doing and saying things that one would not normally do.
As I read a lot of the deliberations mostly from the guilters about Bambers so called contradictory actions and memory lapses and the such I really have to remind myself that these are mature adults speaking? You know nothing Adam.

I would be careful going with everything Colin says. He didn´t even know whether Sheila was right or left handed, so I think it is safe to say he didn´t pay too much attention to detail!
