It was a very vulnerable time for Colin, wasn't it. It may have been a question of grabbing on to anything -especially that which seemed divine- which might have provided an answer.

I don´t understand, April. It was not Colin who saw the robin - he wasn´t there at all.

Yes, he seemed to be. Not sure what you are getting at?

I got to think of the relatives´ "decision" about which window Jeremy used when I read susan´s post where she writes that Jeremy knew how to open windows from outside - and jansus´ response that it was not established that he could lock any window from outside.

What other officers believed Jeremy innocent. Why have they not spoken out ?
The COLP enquiry interviewed various officers who didn't think Jeremy was guilty at the time. Speaking out to the extent of becoming a whistle-blower is not easy, and possibly dangerous.

There were possibly a dozen officers who knew at the time that Jeremy was innocent,so safety in numbers so it is said, although one or two did come forward, one in particular who discussed the silencers and the other to say that he'd felt extreme guilt over the years by Jeremys' imprisonment.

Alias jansus could be right about the window but I have read that when the window was slammed down the catch automatically went into place I am sure Adam will know about this.

There are self-locking catches.

I just have a problem with how it was decided which window Jeremy used: a robin shat in the window sill! Makes it all too mumbo jumbo to be taken seriously!
As far as I know the EP tried to slam the window closed so that the hatch would close, but they were unsuccessful.

That is correct. I have provided 5 sources. Several times.

I may have just discovered certain guilt regarding the bible. Thread just created. Jeremy's only option is to claim police malpractice.

The family said it could but if you look at the testimony the officer said he could not find anything unusual about the window they pointed out.

The scratches related to the bathroom window. Anyone entering that way could simply fasten the window from the inside after doing so. The supposed exit window was in the kitchen. It wasn't self-locking, or that would have been pointed out.
