No. Wilkes's book said he did this.

Not sure what you are getting at here? She might have been sleeping, she might have just woken up, we don´t know.
What is the importance of that - I don´t understand.

So Sheila was so 'crazy' Neville rang the police and Jeremy.

June was either amazingly in bed sleeping with her head on the pillow.

Or amazingly in bed awake with her head on the pillow.

Or....

As far as I know nearly all the legal work has been done bro-bono.

Also I was just surprised he was allowed to "sell a story" whilst in prison.

Jeremy is always in the media claiming his innocence.

Wilkes interviewed Jeremy, so I believe it.

yes I realise that  ::)  what I am querying is that a prisoner would be allowed to "sell" his story to the newspaper.

Sell is the important word.

He may have been interviewed - but I am not sure the authorities would allow him to receive money for the interviews.

do you mean the words or the lace doiley?

Do your books concur with the scenario that the bible was shown in court , but the police said there were no photos of it in situ? And do your books say whose if any fingerprints were on the pages?

I have just created a thread on the bible.

Sheila's blood being underneath the bible is such a serious issue.

When was her book released ?

Does the book discuss what happened years after the verdict ?

You know him don't you ?

He was hired by Jeremy in 1993. He was America's first and foremost ballistics expert.

He did a through investigation of all the trial evidence and new evidence that Jeremy's lawyer, Ewen Smith had got together.

His findings -

Everyone, including Sheila was shot to death by someone else.

He makes some interesting points.

Jeremy vowed to keep on fighting.

No it was not through...he was given some photographs by Wilkes to examine for his book. Robinson publishers paid for this in return....

Herbert was of course a leading forensic blood spatter scientist at the time, but his time was limited and he did not know the full case history and I don't think he knew that poor Neville was shot in the main bedroom. He did not have access to all crime scene photographs either, but astonishingly enough his expertise is without question. If you know what I mean.  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Perhaps Jeremy told him Neville was shot in the main bedroom.

Jeremy and his lawyers handed over everything they had on the case to him. Which I assume was a lot in 1993.
