To my knowlege, SOCO did not take any broken glass samples from the main kitchen floor, which suggests in the clearest possible terms that the lampshade in the main kitchen was broken when police forcibly entered the main kitchen...

If police had got around to taking such a broken glass sample from the main kitchen, it would originally have had an exhibit reference of ALIE/1...

Maybe altered later into, APORKY/367, because so much of the evidence was a lie...

The broken glass evidence introduced by those from the dark side of life, is nothing but a red herring...

Approaching the subject from a slughtly different angle, no shards of brojen glass were found on Ralphs pyjamas, or Sheila's nightdress, and ni blood from any victim was present upon any broken glass upon the main kitchen floor - no-one bled upon the blood after the lampshade was broken, which tells its own story...

Take glass samples to compare to what?  They thought Sheila did it.  By the time Jeremy was a suspect he had plenty of time to get rid of the shoes he wore.

SOCO took blood samples from carpets in the main bedroom, on the upstairs landing carpet, and wall paper on the stairs, but no blood samples from the beds in the two bedrooms, or the kitchen floor and for some reason failed to identify in whose bloodthe bloodied fingermark on the edge of the kitchen worktop near to the telephone belonged to - in the same way they should have taken a glass sample from the kitchen floor if the lampshade in the kitchen was smashed before police forced thier way in. There were no particles or shards of glass found on any victims feet, clothing or in thier hair, no shards or partickes of glass on the gun or silencer, this tells everybody that the lampshape in the kitchen was caused after police entered the kitchen not beforehand, and that was the reason no glass sample was taken at the scene...

There is no evidence the a lamp shade in the main kitchen got broken during any death struggle involving Ralph and his killer. There was no shards of broken glass found upon the soles of Ralph Bambers feet. Similarly, there was no shards of broken glass found upon his pyjamas, or in his hair...

Additionally, and perhaps most significantly, there was no particles of glass found anywhere upon the surface of the sound moderstor, or anshuzt rifle barrel...

thats intresting i wonder how it got broken then could the police have knocked it over when they went in.
