Fraudulent Log?
« on: August 12, 2014, 11:05:AM »
Has he spelled it wrong in the past? We must note these atrocities and make sure they are dealt with. We may not be the busiest forum on the internet but by god, we'll have the best spelling and grammar!  ;D ;D ;D ;D
I was shown the ' log ' with the ' Tolleshunt ' spelling mistake , by a friend , i would be interested in your opinion on it ?

Tolleshunt isn't a name which trips easily off the finger tips, even for those who know it. Some people have problems with spelling. Some make errors if they're in a hurry.

It's obviously been re-written to look like the original and stupidly, the author has spelled 'Tolleshunt' incorrectly and made it obvious.

Yes sure , but can you see any reason , why someone would need to do it , other than to frame JB ?

Yes,I do,,seeing as they must all live in the surrounding area. Spelling not up to scratch is a dead giveaway to someone who tries to alter something.

I can see that it's been rewritten (possibly to change the time) BUT, I have already said that I think he was framed - but ONLY because they believed he was guilty. Do I agree with it? Of course not!!

If it's of any relevance,  the two logs by Bonnett and West which are on the forum, both spell Tolleshunt incorrectly, they miss out the 'e'.

Oh, okay, no worries.

Sorry, didn't mean to be dismissive and that's how my reply read.

OK, the log is a copy of the phone log and to all intents and purposes it LOOKS identical until you notice that 'Tolleshunt' is spelled incorrectly and the time on one of them, is more clearly written than the other.

They were on the forum but I took them down when I read on the official site that they weren't allowed to publish them.

No, this is supposed to be the same log, You can tell because the same scribbles have been copied but Tolleshunt is spelled differently on one - no 'e'

Caroline, I have an idea that, at some point, both have been examined on forum and gone through with magnifying glasses and fine tooth combs.

Oh right.

These don't have the 'e' either.

Maybe the one with an 'e' is a replica.  :-\
