In his book Colin puts forward the theory that Jeremy went to the farm dressed in women´s clothing to avoid being recognized!!! That makes perfect sense to him.
The family were filling him with tales of Jeremy dressing like a woman, Colin mixes it all up with being gay - it is a big mess, and I have a hard time reading it now. Also after the robin thing. Sounds like it wasn´t only Colin who believed that the robin showed them where Jeremy exited the house, but some of the family members too.
This is a JOKE! I get so mad reading this BS!

I know it was August.

I know it was a route to WHF. Along the sea wall being one route.

I know it was farm land. Not some sort of mud bath.

I know Jeremy knew the area.

I know it took PC Wilkinson 6 minutes to complete the route.

I know Bob Millar said no one would see Jeremy take that route at that time of night.

I know Robert Boutflour said he knew there were 3 possible routes.

I know the bike was brought to Jeremy's cottage just before the massacre.

I know Julies WS said Jeremy was planning to ride to WHF.

I know AE suspicions grew when she saw the bike at Jeremy's cottage.

I know the judge questioned Jeremy's reason for bringing the bike over to his cottage.

I know the prosecution successfully claimed Jeremy rode to and from WHF.
In other words he was saying, "No one saw him take that route. So I think he's guilty". lol ;D What a twat Miller was that's for sure.

Another poster just posted it. You did not question it. Apart from saying he may not have done it at night.

I like the way you could only pick out one from 12 of my points.

Honestly. The more I read your points the more I dispair of British justice and the more I am convinced that a great miscarriage of justice has been committed here. I see false witness. False evidence presented, deceit and betrayal woven all throught this sad state of affairs. Not only that but I see corruption within certain ranks of the British justice system and that saddens me even more than the injustice that Jeremy Bamber has suffered all these years. And still we are plagued by sil;ly little mosquitos like Adam who are just out of diapers and who have no respect for their elsers or the wisdom their elders afford that they have gained over the years. Surely the scripture is a true witness when it states, "Foolishness is bound up in the heart of the child".

You are dreaming again Grahame.

Jeremy cycling to WHF was part of the prosecution.

The bike was not tested for a month.

Don't need a source. I agree with him. The only trouble is that his not seeing Jeremy on that bike leads him to the wrong conclusion.

I am afraid Jeremy bringing the bike to his cottage just before the massacre is damning circumstantial evidence.

Six foot mud in August ? Nice try.

Oh so  when he was being watched by the police before he was arrested he cleaned his bike as well . My goodness these police were not very observant were they.

Take the offer go in August at night and cycle the route at night - see if you can find the mud - might not be as difficult as you think :)

Scipio is calling people names all the time - he hasn´t been banned. I don´t remember you complaining about his abuse?

What's he calling people? Other than what he said to Mike - I don't think I've seen anything else. But Mike started that. Just report the posts you don't like?

If you read through his posts, you will see that he calls people stupid, low IQ, and he does it constantly. Something tells me you don´t read his posts.
Mat, I never report people, everything is on the open forum.

No, I do. But I don't read every topic - it depends on who has started the topic and what it is about.

It would not be the first time a man dressed as a female before or after a crime to escape.

The simple truth though is that given the hour of the murders the chance of being seen would be slim.  Peopel do not look outside their windows at that hour, they are in bed sleeping.  Those few peopel on the road are unlikely to be able to recognize anyone on a bike or in a vehicle even because it is dark.  You see car headlights approaching you or talights in front of you not who is driving.

Unless you are making a ton of noise people do not get out of bed to investigate a car, especially one simply passing by.  One of my neighbors (5 houses away not right next door) had a daughter who was a few years older than me.  She had a wild party.  My friends and I were kicked out when we tried to go in so we heckled them all night. One of the partiers road all over the lawn across the street from her house. He really tore it up.  Amazingly the people did not wake up.  They had no idea who did it we had to tell them. We only knew the person because it was someone we hated.  If he was a stranger we could only have given a vague description of the car.

You can get a way with a lot at night which is why that is when kids go bashing mailboxes and vandalizing cars. A whole block of mailboxes smashed or car windows broken and nobody finds out till morning when they are long gone.

Another crackpot idea that scipio believes in. ::)
All this is just shear speculation. No one but no one can place Jeremy at the scene of the murder. They are either those who have something to gain and who took careful steps to secure their inheritance immediately after the murders.
Those who were so mad at him that they were prepared to put a cushion over his head to in order to kill him. Or those who dream up pathetic stories like this one that only the gullible would believe.
But in reality there is no forensic evidence to place Jeremy at the scene and only the word of a proven liar whose words and testimony cannot be verified by any neutral party.
Yerv got nothin mates nothin at all. Only your pathetic tiny prjudicial minds.
As for Colin Caffell his mind was well and truly washed and prepared and played upon by the relatives at that time when he was very vulnerable.

Jeremy cycling to WHF was part of the prosecution.

The bike was not tested for a month.
So in essence what you have just said is that the prosecution had nothing on the bike, yet it was part of their case against Jeremy.
In other words: Ladies and gentlemen of the jury, I would like you all to take a good look at this piece of evidence that proves that Jeremy Bamber murdered his whole family...This invisible item here. That is basically what you are saying.
