I'm not sure that he said that?
If mike didn't say he had any itemised bills I of course retract and apologise

Surely though ,Vidvic , if Ralph did call the police then CW informed makes perfect sense . Ralph would have been informed that police were despatched during his call to the police not from the police so he didn't have to answer the phone to be informed . It still seems plausible to me .

As has been pointed out before, there are uses of "CW" in EP notes that make it clear that CW is not a person. As mike tesko acknowledges that August billing details for the farm have not been released by EP, any times of calls they give are not known. References to 3:15/3:16 in police logs compiled later are useless, as these logs are suspected to be partly fictional. Also, it's essentially ridiculous to claim the police HQ information room clocks at Chelmsford were ten minutes fast and that coincidentally Pc West, using a different clock, made a separate further ten minute error (or independent twenty minute error) in noting the time of Jeremy's call as 3:36.

I think anything that is mentioned regarding phone times and Julie Mugford and friends should not be stated as fact.  I do not believe the people who Julie Mugfords shared a property with would remember times so long after the event. Something else that the prosecution got away with
