Adam had Jeremy Bamber being guilty he would have had all his answers prepared and would not have needed gaps in the questions.

If he was innocent, then no. If he were guilty then no.

Cannot see how an interview being taped would have made any difference and that was certainly NOT the reason for recorded interviews to become legal requirements.
On the other hand, one sighting of a red hot poker and I would sing, unless it was the plant, mind you I don't like them much either.

Speaking of convictions,,have EP got the murderer who stabbed a poor vulnerable guy 102 times,yet ?
Or are the surrounding public still up in arms about the way the investigation is going ? Know what ? I've heard all this before !!

Quite agree - can not see it would have made any difference either way whether he was guilty or innocent - taping or not taping the interview would not have affected his answers.

He may have appeared evasive and a tad annoyed - but I just don't think in his mind he thought the case would EVER get to court because he knew he had not done it and I think he thought the police were being stupid - maybe that was arrogant and his downfall , but you can tell by his answers that he thought they were making it up as they went along. I also think he believed they could trace the calls somehow that would prove his evidence.
