I pose the following observation for everyone else to consider:-

This team of SOCO, consisting of four members (Cook, Davidson, Hammersley and Bird) took possession of every single exhibit from the scene, between 7th and 9th August 1985, with the exception of exhibits:-

SBJ/4
SBJ/3
SBJ/2
SBJ/1

Now...

why is this so, and what significance if any, does this fact have on what Cook (SOC) told COLP in his 1991 interview, and 39 page witness statement?

Why would DS 'Stan' Jones, take possession of four exhibits (SBJ/4, SBJ/3, SBJ/2 and SBJ/1) from the scene, without the knowledge and consent of SOCO, between 7th to 9th August 1985?

Now...

this is getting very very serious...

What the fuck is DS jones doing taking possession of four exhibits (SBJ/4, SBJ/3, SBJ/2 and SBJ/1) from the scene, between 7th to 9th August 1985, when he was not a member of SOCO?

Let us remind ourselves that Cook (SOC) in his COLP interviews (1991) referred to there being four members to his team, not five?

The crime scene has therefore been compromised by DS 'Stan' Jones, who took possession of four exhibits from the crime scene which allowed SOC not to have to mention the recovery of a silencer (SBJ/1) by DS Jones at the scene, without their knowledge or consent, now why would DS Jones be allowed to do this?

DS 'Stan' Jones, is/was a scumbag who performed duties at the scene between 7th to 9th August 1985, without notifying SOC what he had done, or what he was doing with regards to exhibit SBJ/1, the silencer...

What needs to happen is that Jones needs locking up for the rest of his life without a trial, and the key thrown away, and lets see how he feels about that - the scumbag criminal...

But of course...

that won't happen because the system looks after its own criminal types...

There is clear evidence in this case that Ds 'Stan' the man , Jones, falsified evidence relating to the silencer (SBJ/1), which allowd the relatives to introduce the silencer evidence which helped to convict Jeremy for these murders..

They should bring back hanging for scumbags like DS 'Stan' Jones, who has so far cost Jeremy over 26 years in prison for a crime he almost certainly did not commit...

The only other alternative, is send Jones to prison for at least an equivalent amount of time, and see how he feels?

Oh...

I forgot myself there, this is a prosecution witness, we are talking about, the rules are different for these types, it doesn't seem to matter that they can fabricate evidence to help get somebody convicted?

Hang on...

let me don my justice for all cap...

Ok, two years probation, or a suspended sentence, er - we'll just not proceed with any prosecution against him, because he was a police officer, and its not in the public interest?

I noted that Cook states that "the family" asked for the scene to be cleared up by the police.Jeremy has always been blamed for insisting that this be done quickly, which raised peoples suspicions about him.
The truth always comes out in the end!
Just shows how many myths have been attributed to him  >:(
