Firstly Mason.

"I would mention for my troll(s) elsewhere, this post cannot be replicated in any form, it is 'strictly' copyright to here. "

You've placed it on the internet on a public forum, so have lost the rights, 'copyright' is a REAL thing, a REAL process.....and simply saying "copyright" doesn't mean... copyright.  :-\

Howcome you didn't approach Matthew for an interview with your book, Mason?
If a delay in publishing (due to what ammounts to you being accused of putting words in someone mouth with an 'interview' that didn't fully happy) how can the rest of the book be trusted?

Merry Christmas, good luck with the publisher.

Hi ngb  I am at a total loss as to what Mat means.  Not about the copyright matter as I have no knowledge on legal matters.  Do we know whether Mason interviewed MacDonald.  The delay in publishing is a legal matter and some of us knew this ages ago not sure what the rest means about putting words in somebody else's mouth.  Sorry Mat not understanding you at all.

I was under the impression the current legal delay is due to the contents of the book.

I don't know how accurate that is... but imagine if the same rule was applied to documentaries, such as the C5 one littered with glaring inaccuracies and untruths from start to finish?  How come that didn't get stalled or blocked?

Getting back to the book, I think the simple truth will be that some certain people may be worried.  Why are you allying your self with people who are worried about truth being exposed? What do you mean by 'good luck with the publisher'?

Sounds like a threat?

Well, Christmas is almost upon us all. Once again, I wish everyone on here a very happy and 'honest' Christmas and New Year. Many of us have messaged privately and genuinely discussed the details of the case away from the gaze of the forums, mainly at my request. Your help is greatly appreciated.

Merry Christmas Mason and all the best to you and yours / your project.

Anyway, to put matters straight, my book has been delayed because I have had to report certain legal matters to the proper authorities for investigation, and yes, the publication of the book has been put back due to legal matters. I'm duty bound to adhere to the law and my book contract, so cannot discuss content on a public forum.

They will try by hook or by crook to achieve their aims and this has been so from the very beginning.   Sadly, people attempting to interfere probably couldn't lie straight in bed.

Sounds like a threat?

The documentry on ITV earlier this year and the one on Channel 5 were both poor in quality and wrong in many places.
Documentaries that are flawed on either side help no one.

As for the book.
Not a threat, just publishers are likely to drop a project once it becomes a legal nightmare.

I'm not even going to try and decode your posts anymore, Nugnug.  :-\
