What if only 10 bullets were fired via rifle 18 (DRH/15)...
« on: December 17, 2013, 07:02:AM »
What if there had been no reload of ammunition into rifle 18 during the shootings, and the remaining 15 rounds had been fired by at least one other gun? This would adequately explain why no lead deposit was found on hand swabs taken from Sheila's hands...

Which scenario would fit best to accommodate the discharge of the 10 rounds fired from the rifle?

Who was shot first?

Child (a)
Child (b)
June Bamber
Ralph Bamber
Sheila Caffell?

It took only one bullet to kill child (a), one bullet to kill child (b), 6 bullets to kill June Bamber, 5 bullets to kill Ralph Bamber, and two bullets to kill Sheila Caffell - based upon the autopsy evidence produced by Peter Venezis...

Death of child (a), death of child (b), and death of June Bamber, could easily be accounted for in the only discharge of 10 rounds from rifle 18...

Child (a) shot twice, Child (b) shot twice, June Bamber shot six times - all three victims dead...

Another variation which would bring Ralph Bamber into the equation, is as follows:-

Child (a) shot twice, Child (b) shot twice, June Bamber shot five times, Ralph Bamber shot once ..

This chain of events best fits a number if factual features in the case - since, it produces a scenario whereby Jeremy's version of events as per the telephone call he received from his father, who told him,"She has got the gun, she has gone crazy, come quickly". Since, both children would have been killed, whilst sleeping in their beds, June would have been shot five times in bed, and would allow for the considerable movement by her around the main bedroom, whilst Ralph Bamber who had gone into the bedroom to investigate the commotion generated by the shootings, was repelled by fact that he was being confronted by his daughter who was armed with a rifle and was using it to shoot his wife, so he scarpered out of the bedroom, along the landing in the direction of the main stairs and was shot once as he fled downstairs to use the telephone ) upon arriving there, he made a brief call to Jeremy to alert him as to what was happening, and then Ralph made his 3.26am call to police, reporting that his daughter had got hold of one of his guns..
