Distinctive Scratch mark and burr (Silencer)

One of these silencers (SBJ/1, DB/1 and or DRB/1) was distinctively marked according to at least one of the witnesses. Nobody seems to have been bothered with checking to see if this distinctive mark in the gun metal of the silencer was present upon the Bamber silencer that was found in the gun cupboard, on 11th September 1985, or the one found at the scene on 7th August 19895, or the other silencer which David Boutflour may have / could have / did find in the garage, on 10th August 1985, at the scene?

The silencer examined as part of the failed 2002 appeal hearing which produced DNA evidence, did not have this distinctive mark upon it, and neither did the silencer inside which was found the crucial flake of blood - so what is going off?

All relevant Silencers need to be seized by police, (again) and checked to see which one had this distinctive mark upon it...

For some reason, this mark was not mentioned or recorded during any examination at the lab' on either 13th or 30th August 1985, nor on 26th September 1985?

Something dodgy going on, here...

in my opinion...

Yes, David Boutflour remarked that the silencer had a scratch on it. Are there no photos of this scratch?
