He got along with his other relatives, especially  Ann Eaton who gave him a big hug after hearing the news.

Things only turned sour after the murders as they did not beieve Sheila was capable of murdering her family.

This is really a stupid question! It answers itself in mid-sentence... "to tell her there was trouble" DUH

By the time the question was asked, he probably didn't but the answer may well have been "Because it seemed like a good idea at the time"......................and I'm not being flippant. Memory under those circumstances is unlikely to have been crystal clear.

From Jeremy's answers I can tell that he was really pissed off with these boneheads. It was probably the 10th time they asked him the same question. But they scrap all the other forms and just produce the last time they questioned him.

This is a fasinating case which I have taken an interest in during the last month. This seems like the busiest forum so am looking forward to some good non abusive discussion. At present I have an open mind & lots of questions. Am ready to be persuaded one way or the other.       I myself  have been on this case for 4 years and not as quick as you, you don't have to research how quick you answer well done.

Good morning Susan,,sorry I can't say the same about him/her,,as from the start,my posts have been totally ignored,but that is indeed the least of my worries.

At the moment I've been reading about a conflict of interest concerning the CCRC,,and really,it begs the question as to why there should be such a thing whose body of interest,I thought,,was to show impartiality when dealing with certain cases such as Jeremys'. I find this pretty disturbing that this form of " personal issue " should jeopardise someones' case,,but proves to me that the commission is just NOT fit for purpose,,and is indeed another Quango adopted by the government. Impartial my eye !

Lookout that sounds so depressing and one wonders if Jeremy is going to get a fair hearing.  Think the time will come that this will have to happen as Society on the whole will fight against this like they have with many of the other MOJ's

Young ? He was 24, a grown man.

Immature ? He had a girlfriend, job, shares in a business, his own cottage & car.

Sheltered life ? He had gone on several holidays & had lived abroad.


What is the difference between dialing 999 & the police directly ? Either way they will find out. It is a lot quicker to dial 999. Jeremy saying 'no comment' is not helping himself.
