Hi tyler  I agree with every word of your post but what at that stage did EP need to cover up.  Why not leave it as it was 4 murders and and one suicide something happened to change their stance yet we are not aware of any evidence to substantiate this.

Hi Susan,,we don't yet------------though I was going to mention the IPCC for starters,,but they're too busy sorting out the corruption with their own.! The latest being the West Yorkshire police.! I won't elaborate.

Hi Susan,it appears EP WERE happy to leave it as suicide and murders. It all changed after RWB's visit to Ainsley. But,even then, when Ainsley put Kineally on the case the same conclusion was reached. And then came the 'finding' of the silencer and what I consider to be the framing of JB.

Sorry Susan, I didn't answer your question as to what the raid team were covering up. I think we would all love to know the answer to this! But I for one certainly do not believe that Sheila and Nevill both died in the positions in which they were  found.

Hi tyler the bodies were staged but think Ralph died in the kitchen and Sheila in the main bedroom. Why would EP do this at this early stage of the investigation why not leave the bodies as they were unless some officers were messing about :(

I hate saying this because, but there is one important thing that we have to remember and to take into consideration and that is; that at this stage on the 7th August not one of EP thought it was NOT a murder suicide so to stage a body at this point would never convince a jury.  Yes, her arm had been moved there is evidence to support that.

To suggest she was dead besides her mother with a rifle laying between them suggests the whole crimes scene was rearranged on that day and for that to happen would mean that nearly 30 officers or more knew about it and have stayed quiet for 28 years....Its hard to believe that this little secret would never come out and I don't think a jury of today would buy it....

There is no trace evidence to suggest that Sheila was ever on the bed, unless she was placed there after the crime scene photo's were taken by the funeral workers...this is possible, but why they would do that is not clear nor do we know that is what happened.

I think Its unlikely to have been staged at the point where it was deemed to be 4 murders and 1 suicide....but, anything is possible as we all know.... ;) ;D ;D ;D ;D

April, but this wasn't from the media, this is stated in the log. One male, one female. A murder and a suicide and then goes on to say that a police surgeon has been called etc.

Tyler, how many logs were there? (I know this sounds like a strange question but I have my reasons)

Hi Tyler :)

I have often thought this and would love to hear your view on this and why you don''t think they died in the position they were found.  I'm not being nosey, I just wonder if by any chance you had thought the same as me.....

I had a honest day yesterday, where I told you all what I thought on the case and all of you raised some really valid points.

Today, I dare not say the reasons behind how I think Sheila and Nevill were found in their position I might get linched lol  ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hi Patti,,as regards your last paragraph-----------all speculation,girl.
I wonder why the trial was held at Chelmsford and not at one of the known " criminal courts " in London.

Hi Patti. I have often thought that Nevill was accidentally toppled over by the raid team and then put in the position in which he was found to contain the blood flow. But I think that the bodies were manipulated/moved during the raid team training exercise.

Hi Patti, I'm only talking about the running time event log which details the events as they were unfolding at WHF. Is there only 1 log (officially)?

The Independent newspaper of 3 years ago states that June was initially found in bed. So why was she photographed on the bedroom floor.?

Mr Arlidge then goes on to say,,I quote " that in the same room as June, police found Sheila Caffell lying on the bed with a bible and a .22 Anschutz semi-automatic rifle, lying on her with the barrel pointing towards her head.",unquote.
