When did EP say that, as distinct from just saying that Pc West must have logged the time incorrectly?

This is just a thought....

If Bonnet logged the time as being 3:26 and he took information passed onto him by West, then surely the time Jeremy phoned the police was much earlier than 3:26.  Because when West came back to the phone Jeremy said "What took you so long" by this time the call made from Jeremy was coming to end....I'd say that call was made about 3:15 3:17....and not 3:26 as we are led to believe.   :-\ :-\ :-\

I want to give an honest opinion about the Jeremy Bamber case.  I have been on this forum for well over a year now and still new snippets of information comes through like in the Sheila's birth thread.  But, I have seen many false truths on the forum, I say false because in my opinion those false truths cannot be proved one way or the other.

I have problems with the fact that it has been said that Sheila was found on the bed and that there is a photograph that proves it.  Of course it is possible that Sheila was placed on the bed at some point during the investigation, but the fact remains that this has not been proven. If this all of this is false then all I can say is that it does not help Jeremy Bamber and his plight for innocence one little bit.

I also have problems with the phone call from Neville to the police station.  Maybe I have not studied this enough and need to look into it in more depth.

I also have problems with the many silencers introduced into this case.  I find it perfectly explainable the reason for the change in labels from SBJ/1 DB/1 and DR/1
To introduce more is not only confusing, but it could be untrue.

I think the truth is paramount in this case, it helps Jeremy more to seek to truth that it does to stretch the truth and twist it.

I want to ask a question! How many of you believe that there is a photograph of Sheila on the bed and that the police killed her?????????????

That's a fair post Patti.

Though in my opinion, although it could be said that the reason given for label changes is 'perfectly explainable', I cannot accept that the same changes were genuinely innocent and above board.

there seem to be too many possible "mistakes" being asked to be taken into account. the log says call from Ralph, the log says one dead male and one dead female, the log says police in conversation with...,the times on the logs say...etc etc   I like to apply Ocams razor principal the most obvious solution is most often the right solution  if it says from Ralph it most proberbly was etc etc

if it looks like a duck walks like a duck and quacks like a duck........its...A DUCK!!!!!!!

Hi Roch nice to see you  ;)

As I understand it Davidson's job was to allocate the labels and exhibit numbers.  I am of the belief that the it was changed due to the fact that Jones was not the one that originally found the silencer. It was therefore changed to DB/1 meaning that D. Boutflour had found it, but because these initials were incorrect they changed it again to DRB/1 which was correct....Am I wrong???????  :-[ ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D I need to know.... ;D ;D

Why wasn't Jeremys' case put forward on the Rough Justice programme before it became defunct.?

Personally,I think there is enough evidence to prove that there was more than one silencer in EP's possession. Though don't take my word for it,or Mike's or Jeremy's. Study the silencer testing for yourself and THEN draw your own conclusion!

How, in all credence would a dear little doggie his size manoeuvre a fire arm?
In all fairness it is likely it was Cleopatra's  companion, or one of is hoppos, Butch Cassidy perhaps?

Patti,I believe there were two. I think the "more" came into play when EP asked the relatives to hand in their Parker Hale silencers.

I believe EP already had a silencer in their possession which didn't throw up any evidence.I also don't believe that EP took possession of a silencer from the relatives until 11th September. As Caroline has pointed out previously, this 2nd silencer miraculously  contained ALL of the damning evidence needed to put Jeremy in the frame for the crime. Blood, paint,a scratch,a hair etc. I believe the two silencers were then merged. Thanks to testing by members of this forum,we now know that blood in the form of  a "blob of jam" couldn't survive for 3 days after the murders, let alone over a month!

Thank Tyler....I'm still a little confused over the silencers, I thought the silencer was found on the 10th of August and this was sent to the lab some 4 weeks later.  I have seen conflicting dates, which made me think there might be two at least.....

I was not aware that the family had handed their silencers over as well.....Is this documented????:) :) :) :)

Patti, yes it is documented somewhere, but I am useless at digging out documents. Maybe No Bits could assist? He is the expert at this.
As I understand it,the relatives silencers were couriered to the trial, though Lord knows why!

Patti, your post #38,
There were two Jeapes in the EP TFG, at the scene at WHF.
They were husband and wife. More accurately - Wife and Husband.
Acting WPs Julia, whom we are told was on lookout for a gun, which was to be placed viewable at a window as a signal(?). She was a Weapons Training Officer.
Husband, Pc Bernard , was also there, and it may well be that he was the officer who went into WHF rear entrance, and came of the front door , with the Portico, reportedly or supposedly in the 6th body bag.

A lot has been said and a lot posted little positive to ensure a release for Jeremy, we all have time , Jeremy is running out of it, the police logs do not seem to tell the whole story something is missing.
