Think he's gone to London, Patti :D

Cor Blimey!  Hope he isn't one of those dancers at St Pancras. Looked like they had all nicked his gin and threw their legs and arms about in very strange fashion...No wonder Lookout has renamed it...Gilbey....Ha!  ;D ;D ;D ;D

Mojitos' for me,April. Two of those and I'm anybodys'. ;D

Lookout, in my gin drinking days, I rather think I was, too. I drank doubles and one tiny bottle of tonic "diluted" three drinks. I might add that the last bottle M bought for us remains untouched as I now only drink wine.

what sort of hit man would break in on the promise of a gun left out for him ? he would bring his own pistol he would empty the antiques to make it look like a burglery gone wrong and torch the place. WHF is remote enough to have no witnesses while he carries this out.
what sort of idiot would hire a hit man and then stay at home so he has no alibi rather than go somewhere where he will be seen to be far from the shootings?

wilf
Exactly.

Talking of wine,April,,do you remember the barley wine. Vile stuff,,but it had the desired effect.

Barley wine was disgusting stuff, really potent and gave you a headache just smelling it,but one was brave in those days and down the hatch it went when it was going free. :-[
It has a high alcohol content I know that much,,like a strong ale.
