I think you are right April and that is why it wont help Jeremy....Like Nugs I have to question why he took it to the ECHR in the first place... :) :) :) :)

Patti, with the insight he must have gained over the years it can't fail to have escaped his notice that people who are hopeful lead more fulfilling lives than those without hope. In a prison system this has to work in everones favour. It's one of the problems with the American system. Jail a person for 100 years and there's little more that can be taken from them how ever badly they behave.

i dont think its a good idea if your cliaming innocence it seends out a mixed message which makes people think your guilty.

Nugs, do you think it has given Jeremy some bad publicity by taking it to the ECRH? Or! has it brought his case out once again to the general public?  :-\

Patti,,if you want my own personal view,,I think it's very damaging for Jeremy. Simply because he's classed along with the likes of Huntley.

Maggie what's needed is a push for a re-trial,though I understand that this isn't possible until fresh/new evidence turns up. How on earth that can happen when so much was destroyed,,including the audio from both telephone calls,,I don't know. The fact remains that there's still no hard evidence that convicts him anyway.

The first one to challenge will fail like all the rest later, they cant complain if they have a review they can only have it once , for me I take it on face value a review yes , release as good as England winning a football world cup.
