Hi everyone...

I may be absent from the forum for lengthy periods over the next few weeks - this is due to a number of different reasons...

(1) - wifes recovery and need to care...
(2) - Moving home, due to bankruptcy...
(3) - lack of time / and finances...

due to move home at the week-end, limited finances, got to set up internet, and change of address details...

I will be back at some point, after Sunday...

Wife is making a slow recovery, she has very recently been prescribed anti biotic's for swelling of her brain, due to operation, which is causing her to have restless nights, and discomfort...

I will try to keep you all informed...

Dear Mike,,thanks for the update,,but sorry to learn that you're having a hard time of it with one thing and another. The main thing is that you both look after your health as everything else will eventually fall into place and isn't as important.

I think you've got more than enough on your plate at the moment,so don't worry about not being on the forum.I hope your wifes' " glitch " is only a temporary one and being as it's still early days,that things improve once you're settled again. x

Thank you, I have got the consultant at the hospital (Mr Mercer) badgering me to make an urgent appointment at the hospital, but I have that much going on, that I can't find time at the moment to do anything - thank you for taking a genuine interest in my wifes condition, and well being...

We are finally having to give up our home (voluntarily) to our mortgage lender - we move into our brand new home at the week-end, and have targeted a date at the end of the month to hand the keys to our present home over. So many things to do, so many additional expenses incurred, how are we going to manage - but we will, no matter how long it takes we will hopefully be back on our feet sooner rather than later...

Liquidator hasn't been very helpful...

So sorry all is so difficult for you and your wife at the moment Mike.  It is true that these things do settle down in the long run and become a distant memory but for now things must be very tough for you.  Moving house, even in the best circumstances is a huge upheaval and even more difficult in your circumstances.
Having said all that it is really important that you make that appointment to see the consultant.  Your health is the most important thing of all, you just have to make that appointment, however busy you are, it is the most important thing you are going to do tomorrow. x

Sorry to hear you have so much to deal with at the moment.  It's often the way that these things hit all at once.  You'll come through it stronger and the good times will taste sweeter 

I agree with Maggie though you simply MUST make that appointment and follow through.  Your wife needs you fit and strong to support her back to full health.  Take care Mike.  NN x

I am sorry to hear this Mike, you were very good to me earlier in the year when I had issues to deal with regarding my help and you also helped a friend of mine too. If you need anything and it's in our area, let me know.
