Sorry, not sure what evidence you are referring to?

A lot of people feel the same and that is why SH got so much support, I still feel the evidence against him was very circumstantial but his confession seems t have trumped all of that doubt to be honest.

Whilst I believe the blame lies squarely at the feet of SH, it's a shame those around him at the time of the murder told so many lies and for so many years. Was it because they were in denial and didn't want to be linked to a murderer or did their consciences actually get the better of them over the years?

An example being, the clothes he was wearing on the night in question. The jury believed his mother to be lying at trial.

And so it seems she was.

We now know her statement was incorrect. She said he was wearing jeans and a jumper and I believe there was reference to her actually witnessing him removing his 'chunky boots.' We now know he wasn't wearing jeans or 'chunky boots,' so her mind must have been playing tricks on her?

Further, we also now know he didn't sit down to have a cup of tea with her, as she stated during trial. http://www.homepage-link.to/justice/Hall/index.html

He actually arrived home wearing black mole skin trousers, a black leather jacket and black office shoes.

It must have been awful for Lynne Hall when her youngest son was arrested and charged for murder. There was a programme on ITV the other day called 'A Mother's Son'  http://www.imdb.com/title/tt2404029/ telling the story of one such dilemma.

I wonder what SH was really like growing up and what the family dynamics were really like?

Very true, the silence is deafening. I've heard rumours but nothing concrete yet. I'm sure more information will come to light...

In this post Denn15, you appear to be quite keen to get all the 'gossip?'

Has your stance now changed?

Do you think it's best 'the facts' are swept under the carpet?

how do you know what he was wearing at the time.

He was found guilty based on what he was wearing. The fibre evidence presented at court was correct, although there were some flaws given in relation to colour etc.

well the evidence against him was very weak.

the only thing i could see that pointed too guilt was that he took rather a long time to drive home.

Not if you were to look a little bit closer at the 'actual' evidence Nugnug. Much of this evidence appears to have been twisted and manipulated by SH & those close to him at the time the police showed interest in him.

Another example;
An ex girlfriend suggests that the black leather jacket was left hanging up in a wardrobe at Gladstone Road, prior to the move to Hill House Road.

The black leather jacket never made it to Gladstone Road. The black leather jacket was disposed of a few days after the murder, along with the other items worn that night? Her mind must have also played tricks on her?

She says he was never violent towards her but it seems this may not have been the truth.

Naturally she may have been extremely embarrassed by her promiscuous activities with him during their short relationship (hence why she probably never told the police or her parents), but knowing these facts, paints a whole different picture.

Do you agree with the fact that a certain campaign was based on untruths and in so doing,  sold lies to others?

Without sounding pedantic Denn15 - surely you talking to others about MOJ cases, like that of Barry White and Keith Hyatt, you've commented on their personal lives at the time? How could you not?

As I'm related to Keith and have his permission to comment I wil comment when I can.

I am in no doubt that Stephanie Bonn genuinely believed that Hall was innocent.

As do I..

I'm in disagreement with you on this.

It appears she may have known a lot more about SH than many of us did. She had a fling with him and did work with him. I also believe he lived with her at some point. Therefore she would have witnessed first hand some of his actions and mannerisms. She referred to him as being 'immature.' I wonder what she meant by this?

You do seem to be mixing some facts (bold) with some opinion (Italics) and reaching or jumping to  conclusions.
But that is just my opinion.
