Losing the plot...hmmm. He appears to have gone downhill ever since he was moved to Hollesley Bay. Being an open prison whereby he can wander freely around the grounds,I'm wondering if he is frightened of vigilante attacks,as the public can now access him?

I just need to say, I have zero sympathy for Simon Hall..BUT in no way am attacking Stephanie, she was obviously the 'third party' referred to in the press re: (he admitted to a 3rd party) and did'nt expect his sordid secret to come out.. to think he was so confident that she would keep his vile secret  knowing how much she had invested in trying to fight his corner and the position and consequence of her having to cope with the utter total humiliation of his  betrayal along with the response from the public and all those she managed to convince to get on board.. she did the right thing and it must have been so difficult and sole destroying for her to actually admit what a lying scum bag he 'really' is..

He used her, abused her trust, saw the damage and effects to her own life and health..yet still shamelessly continued and kept it up for years and years, he has ruined so many peoples lives for his own self gratification without any conscience what-so-ever..

I feel so sorry for Stephanie who put all her eggs in one basket having been totally sucked in by this vile cowardly selfish liar, he has used her and left her to suffer the aftermath..

I have no qualms about expressing my feelings about him..
But feel so sad for Stephanie regardless of others feelings towards her re on-line arguments between her and other members..no one deserves to suffer such a life altering betrayal or cope with the reality of being taken for a fool by this man.

Just needed to say this.

I share your sympathy for Steph.

I would be interested to know who the third party is and when they found out. I'm not certain that it was Steph.  She must be going through hell at the moment. I only hope that she has good people around her to help her through this.

Can you be sure that Steph hadn't known anything.? I ask because some of her posts bordered on the desperate and hysterical. It's a lot of years not to have known something.?
I'm not showing disrespect for Steph,but------------------------------------

Hello tyler  I am convinced Stephanie Hall believed Simon to be innocent one hundred percent and she will be now devastated and I just hope she is getting moral support from friends as she will need it right now.  What she needs is compassion and friendship.

I have no sympathy for her whatsoever, she knew what the score was when she married him and has spent numerous hours attacking people, being about Simon's case and being vindictive towards everyone and anyone. I find any sympathy shown to her to be naive  and ill thought out especially since the last think she did was to beg money from people via the internet. She also said she'd had donations, donations from people who probably thought Simon was innocent, so I hope she's paid it all back.
I also cannot be sympathetic to Simon's 'mental state' either, he chose to take illegal substances and also chose to take umpteen Zyban. The whole point of open conditions is that you are taking a step to freedom which includes following the label on prescriptions.
There has been little though about Stephanie Bon who did truly believe Simon to be innocent and was there for him when he needed it, she spent considerable time trying to get support for Simon, Rough Justice took Simon's case on and it cost Miss Bon several thousand pounds yet she remains dignified and this has been devestating to her, I have compassion for Miss Bon because she is dignified and run her campaign for the right reasons.
This case makes other miscarriages look horrendously bad and has cost a hell of a lot of money, time and good will of a lot of people including Michael Mansfield QC et al.

Hi Joanne :)

I don't like to think I could kick someone when they must be at a low ebb, we in real life deserve some Samaritan kindness.  I know Stephanie has not been the best of people to get on with and believe me I have felt the brunt of her tongue.  But, I think there comes a time when no matter what someone had done or said they deserve some human kindness......and because she is in such an awful situation I for one feel for what she must be going through.  We have to remember Stephanie herself might not have known and this news could have been an awful blow for her and one that could affect her mental state....At the end of the day Stephanie can't be blamed for what Simon has done, in all fairness she herself fought hard to clear him name because she believed in him more than anyone else....not only did she believe in him, she loved him dearly.....and to lose a man you love is horrendous at the best on times, but to be in this situation she must be more than devastated....I just hope she has managed to get away and is with someone who can help her get back to some sort of normality.... ;D ;D ;D ;D

Hello Patti well said we should never kick a person when they are down but offer the hand of friendship which I hope people are doing. :(

We don't know very much at all.  I am sure Stephanie Hall is totally devastated by this news as are others.

We do not know if Stephanie is still with him or not?  Her facebook is still up so who knows

The very least Simon Hall owes his family, friends and supporters is an explanation.

Will he give it? I very much doubt it.
