at first i wondered if it was spent on a lie detector and he failed it but if that was true i think we had of heard from the guy who conducted the test by now.

so its a mystry really but im sure some people will be asking for there money back very soon.

I doubt very much if the an expert polygraph tester would do that they are only paid to do the test..it's upto the client to divulge the results..so obviously if he failed she would keep it quiet..

well there not admissable in court so it wouldent of mattered he wouldn't of had to confess if he failed and the tester wouldn't of divulged the results.

but if he had confessed to the tester that he was  guilty the tester could and im sure would have gone to the authrriotys

Hi All
Hope we can remember Joan Albert's family today, at least, at last they know the truth and hopefully this will help them to move forward.  May she now RIP.
With respect

Thanks Maggie

I'll second that. may she now rest in peace, and hope the Albert family have some closure now your prayers are answered. God is great..it took a long time but you had faith and for that you are repaid..may you all sleep well tonight.

acording to the link they 20k raised for them they alos had money from kevin nunns campaign
I would be amazed if there was anything like £20,000 in the appeal fund, £20 would be much nearer the mark I reckon.

The £20,000 reward mentioned in reports was not a genuine offer, in my opinion.

Morning Paris

If God is great why did he allow an innocent defenceless elderly lady to be brutally murdered in her own home?  Perhaps he just took his eye of the ball at the moment he was most needed  :-\ :-\ :-\

The £20,000 was meant to come from compensation they were so sure that Simon Hall would receive.

It was an IOU £20,000 ONLY payable if he is innocent and granted compensation.

Am I the only one on here to think he confessed to protect someone else who actually killed Joan Albert ? In my opinion he is a completely melted drug addict who is nearing release and the Police have information on who actually killed Joan Albert - Simon Hall is protecting them. Simon Hall has done the time... yes he was there but did he stab her or was it someone bigger than him ? Maybe he has confessed to protect someone else..... all that time claiming innocence and then suddenly ' I was guilty all along' - it makes no sense at all - in my opinion he is a very frightened man.

theirs dna and a fingerprint there that doesn't belong to him now its not imposable the dna got there innocently depending on what it was but a blood stained fingerprint couldn't have got there innocently.
