Not knowing how he law works, isit possible for Jeremy to appeal to the ECHR against his conviction? That way wewould truly have an unbiased opinion. I have always felt that the CCRC are a kind of "old boys school" (women acknowledged of course) who elect each other into their closed number, thus offering the ability of corruption to take place?
Morning Lugg,,this is initially what I thought would happen,,in Jeremys' own right,,as not all criminals are inside for the same circumstances, particularly Jeremy. Why on earth can it not also be his Human Right for him to have a voice.? It's almost as though he's been gagged or threatened with a vow of silence. I did think that this ruling would have set a precedent for him to put an appeal in about the case in general.
Seemingly, there is now sufficient information, some new,to see his situation through. Eddie Gilfoyle managed after 16 years where police had held diaries,,and even then,he wasn't released for another two years. Up to date Eddie hasn't even received a pardon three years on.
