Susan, I think the reporter you heard this morning at 6.30 must have been one of the anti squad because unless the decision was reached yesterday, there's no way the outcome could have been known that early in the morning.

Hi Caroline  I have got to the stage I don't know what they said but another member of the forum heard it as well and she thought she was going mad but it was 6.30 a.m. remember but the link curiousessex put up this morning reads differently now so who knows what ;D ;D ;D ;D  Think I know what happened I was walking past the TV room and heard the name Jeremy Bamber so rushed in and maybe heard only half of the story and maybe they were referring to his previous application but all is well that ends well ;D ;D ;D ;D

BBC News online got it wrong this morning as well.  They obviously had two alternative articles written in anticipation of the decision announcement and they initially posted the wrong one.  They corrected the mistake at about 10.30 am.  I have seen this happen once before when they reported a guilty verdict at a trial at the Old Bailey when the jury had just returned a unanimous not guilty verdict.

Hi girls,,what I objected to was the fact that Jeremy was " clumped " with two REAL murderers.Peter Moore being a monster,which when putting him with Jeremys' name,,gives a bad reflection.
Other than that,,let's hope that some bloody-minded person doesn't twist it to a review every 5 years.!

Susan dear, YOU weren't the one who was wrong. How is it possible for then to announce, at 6.30am, the answer to a question which has yet to be asked.

According to BBC New at One, the incident at WHF occurred in the 1970's  ;D ;D ;D ;D
