Why did Victor Temple represent me in 1994, and represent CPS in Bamber appeal..

In my opinion, Temple should not have taken the post of opposing Bambers 2002 appeal, because he sounded me out about things Bamber and me knew were wrong with the police case built up to help convict Jeremy - I was under the impression that Temple was prepared to try and help Bamber, but all along Temple threw me to the wolves in 1994, and set about helping to keep Bamber in jail for the rest of his life in 2002...

I was betrayed by Temple, QC, So was Jeremy...

So I ask again. Did you know bamber in 1988 when you were represented by Temple?

Do you consider both your convictions to be miscarriages of justice?

How many times have you been convicted when it wasn't a miscarriage of justice?

Three different silencers at court during the trial, but defence and jury only knew about one of them, the one supposedly bearing an exhibit reference of SBJ/1 - it later transpires that silencers involved in the investigations had three separate exhibit references, SBJ/1, DB/1 and DRB/1. You do not have to be a brain surgeon to be able to work it out that the other two silencers brought covertly to the court where the trial was taking place, were / are the other two silencers in the equation, SBJ/1 and DB/1...

Temple represented me in connection with the burglary of the retired judges house in Derbyshire, an offence committed by Gordon Stanton (Cardinal) on 9th July 1991, for which I was remanded into custody for on the following day (10th July1991), and stood trial for in late 1994 - He represented me at this trial, whilst Michael Mansfield, QC, represented me at my appeal...

We had conferences pretrial and it was during these meetings that Bamber cropped up,  since it was potentially part of my defence that police had singled me out, because police had been arrested and charged with offences of Perjury, forgery, and conspiracy to pervert the course of justice in one of my earlier cases,  and because I had been operating before my latest arrest as Jeremy Bambers McKensie man, trying to promote the injustices of his case...

But this thread relates to Temple representing you in 1988 (that's what it refers to above my last post). Is that correct and when did you first meet Jeremy?
